So whether this is going to end up as a fascinating poetic allegory or a hot mess - fat chance for either at this stage - one thing is sure, this series keeps using heavy symbolism, metaphors, ambiguous allusions, unusual twists, hidden meanings, cross references and deliberately baffling and complex narrative turns. So those who cannot live without linear storytelling and spoon-feeding scripts are better to drop it rather than repeatedly making "wtf was that" remarks and being pissed that a show apparently determined to be a confusing puzzle piece actually confuses and puzzles. And that is totally irrespective of quality.
lol, why are people always so shocked to see a bit of graphic sex scenes in queer media... that's nothing new,…
A fair amount of BL fans - more precisely a fair amount of straight female BL fans - only like boys being cute and lovey-dovey to each other up to the point of kissing and suggesting some erotic love-making, but they are repulsed when being confronted with more queer-like presentation where guys actually fuck. Reasonably hypocritic.
Dislike all of your comments! For someone who didn't like the show you’re too talkative.
I have come across his comments on several occasions and that is just what I expected from him. He is one of those typical BL viewers who cannot stand any character flaws.
Am I the only one who does not quite get what happened between Yeong Woo and Hwang Yi Bin in the past? Was the former who deceived/ hurt the latter? If so, why Yeong Woo was crying? Is that because he could not accept his sexual orientation back then? Because he apologized in the car. I am sure the ring must mean something important.
Nothing wrong with writing a first impressions review. It does show in the review section how many eps the reviewer…
Practice your reading and comprehension skills. The purpose of the review is not that, it is way too early. That is why we have the comment section, and after 1 or 2 episodes it is way more appropriate to write their negative or positive views here. I am not alone with this opinion, you could come across that under different shows as well. The person I mentioned is regularly doing that, even if their review is entirely positive and I find those equally distorting as I said above. ("I would say the same if was a more thoughtful and less superficial review or if it was an entirely positive one for exactly the same reason." ) As for why you suspect whatever you suspect about me I have no idea and honestly I couldn't care less.
Where on earth does one have a chance of actually seeing this? Gagaoolala turns out to be an expensive subscription…
I am in the UK as well. My GagaOOLala subscription costs me less than £7 a month. The price of two cappucinos in any regular cafés. How is that expensive? A moderate MacDonalds menu costs more.

Yes, there is something seriously wrong about early reviews and I pointed out why. I would say the same if was a more thoughtful and less superficial review or if it was an entirely positive one for exactly the same reason. I stand by what I said.
Seriously it is beyond ridiculous that mydramalist makes it possible to leave review after the first episodes. That BL Compilations someone has again made their usual numbingly superficial and cluelessly shallow review of the whole show after two episodes when 7 more are still coming, and we don't know shit about this series so far. And now this affects the rating and it is likely to drive people away. It is so infuriating.
you guys, is Koyama’s brothers name also Koyama? or did we ever learn his name? asking for help here...
It is a Japanese thing that even the closest friends or male couples call each other by surnames. Hira and Kiyoi are their surnames too. I don't know if you have noticed but that is how it is in almost every Japanese BL. Even if they have been living together as a couple for many years (Ai no Kotodama) they still call each other by surnames. Kinou Nani Tabeta?, Life: Senjou no Bokura and the Takumi-kun series are probably the only exceptions, and Junjou/Pure Heart where the couple switches to the other names by the end of the movie.
So far this is quite fascinating and intriguing. A bit artificial but compelling and with good characterizations as well as several graphic sex scenes.
Did you even watched the whole drama? Giving a reason like this to say that Kieta Hatsukoi is better. A t least…
Learn to read first. She called Kieta Hatsukoi childish and not you. And btw nobody has to respect your opinion or anybody else's here or anywhere. Your right has to be respected to tell yours, the content of your opinion has not to be respected by anyone, and are free to challenge. That is what this board is about.
Report the comment while giving accurate reasons of why it should be removed, maybe it will be removed, i will…
"There is another reviewer who has given the drama a low rating, while calling te characters piece of shit, psychotic and crazy lol. I reported this review too, and i think it has high chances to be removed."
But why would they remove it? I agree it is extremely stupid, but that is about all.
I totally disagree with most of the comments and I find them exaggerating. I am enjoying this show. I am not saying it is very good because it obviously is not. It has several issues, including technical ones, and it is often amateurish on both sides of the camera. Yet the story is interesting, the set and the milieu are refreshingly unusual, and the actors show potential. They act well enough for rookies. The whole thing improved as they went along. I particularly like that it is not a "romance", it is a love affair of an idealistic but compromising young designer and a cynical and narcissistic playboy who is clearly gonna change for the boy but at this stage does not want to. I am definitely curious about the follow-up.
I feel bad for them cause it seemed like there was going to be a lot more to this but with delays due to Covid…
They are about to continue filming next year. I have contacted them to inquire, and they aleady have some sponsors to carry on with the remaining 6 episodes.
Thank you everyone for joining us in this... bicycle ride ;)I'm buying ginger ales for everyone!
Thanks for your kind offer but buy better subbers instead next time. I am an ardent supporter and promoter as well as long-time subscriber of your streaming platform, but I am sure this amazing piece of work would have gained an even wider fandom and popularity with higher quality English subs.
It is available on GagaOOLala now. Feck, my gym class starts soon, I have to wait for hours to watch it. Give me metadon ahhh. It is not 30 minutes though, only 24.
