Honestly you can skip like 70% of S1 and still start S2 without being totally lost. That's how bad S1 was.

I am finding the pacing and plot of S2 to be far superior to S1. S1 felt dragged out and just stupid all around. But now that we are in the revenge phase, it is fun to watch
