Although I like this drama, the "popular" character being paired with the "unpopular" character storyline annoys me. The difference between their social rank itself is not the problem but because they always follow the same format. The "unpopular" character comparing themselves to the "popular" one and feeling uncertain and insecure. The "unpopular" one basically views the "popular" one as some god/godess, amazing and perfect in every way. I get it a character may be insecure but seriously just because someone look like they got their life together and they look like they are perfect on the outside doesn't mean they are actually ok. Like come on, life is hard for everyone they are human too, no one is perfect. They emphasis one it so much and make it seems like the "unpopular" one is inferior compare to the ""popular" one.
Not hating on this drama, just tired of these story plots overall. That being said, I'm excited for next weeks episode. I'm really curious about what Adachi will do to help Kurosama, and to see Tsuge losing his mind. He was so funny in this episode.
I really should have listened to the comments, should have waited until it was done airing to start it. I'm casually siting following my online class when it popped up in my mind, I checked a few websites and ep 4 has not been uploaded yet
I just watched the 1st episode and I love it already, the mole scene had me rofl I completed the first season of high & low not so long ago, I'm so happy to see Machida Keita again
Just watched ep 6, there wasn´t much excitement but it was ok.Their acting is better and there is more chemistry between TinCan and also Ae, Mai and Pound. In previous episode it felt like they were just talking not acting now it´s a little better -I really like how Ae answered when Can asked him was asking him about love, like he didn´t try to come of with some complicated answer but simply said ¨It means Pete¨ -The kiss between TinCan was so awkward, their kiss scenes have always been awkward, I choose to believe that it´s the characters. Can is still unsure about his feelings and he´s scared to fall in love. After he talked to Ae he said ´Why all I can see is Pain?¨, ¨I don´t want to be like you, Ae¨ -And it was kinda sad when Keen asked Tum ¨Well do you understand me too?¨. Why is there always a love triangle involved!?
Episode 5 was way better than the other episodes. I was very satisfied with this episode. TinCan´s relationship is now more mature. I love the conversation they had after the phone incident and I am also very happy that Can was there for Tin. We get a TumTar scene, which I´m happy about cause I was starting to miss them. I am happy Ae is getting better I´m still not a fan of KlaNo Tul is such a caring father? Hin is so cute?
After this episode I´m even more curious about Tul´s character, I wonder if the series will follow the novel´s story line. The scene when Tul was talking to his son and then Tin walked in, Tul was so calm and he didn´t even say anything, but after Tin left he told his son not to be like any of the brothers especially the older one(referring to himself). Before Tin came he also said that the older brother was the reason why the younger one was like that, he said he raised him to be that way. Whenever Tin is around Tul acts more cruel and mean. He made Tin believe that his parents(Tin´s) don´t care about him.
I hated it at first, now I love it. Most people are still in the "hating"-phase
Although I am curious about them I do agree that adding more scenes for them is will not benefit them neither the other characters. We´re about 1/3 way through but everything is still a mess. I´ actually very worried about how they will fit everything in the series, TinCan´s story, TumTar, KlanNo(would not mind if the had no scene at all), and Pete´s character is getting too much screen time
I hated it at first, now I love it. Most people are still in the "hating"-phase
If you get to know their story there is way more to it than what was shown in the series. What Tul went though is even worse than what Tin wet though. After learning more about him he´s rather pitiful. Hin is the only one who´s always there with him and the only reason why Tul is not even worse than he is. They are in a bdsm relationship so to some who don´t know their relationship may seem toxic(although their relationship is probably not the healthiest one you would find). Considering what Tul went through, I don´t think anyone would expect their relationship to actually be healthy. Their story is really dark, sad and twisted.
I was so excited for this series because I really love lbc and it was one of the first bl I watched but this season is really disappointing. I was so confuse at first with the progression of the story from ep 1-3 until I learned that TinCan's story is not on the same timeline as Ae's. And they might just include Ae as part of the main cast, why did we have to watch him cry for 3 ep without doing anything else? We still have no idea what happened Can trying to act cute is so cringy and there is no chemistry between the TinCan, It's like their acting got worse since season 1, And with KlaNo's, seriously??? between Kengla and Nic idk who is more crazy At this point I’m curious about Tul’s character and his relationship with Hin than I am about TinCan I hope we get to see Tum and Tar the next episode (hopefully their story won’t get so bad like the other couples)
About the world fate and world travel thing my final theory is that if one character travels to another world, whoever died in the previous world will also die in the new world, IF they were involved. In world A because Do Won arrived late he wasn't there to push his dad out of the way and he died. Him going to world B cause his dad in world to also die, although the situations were not the same. In world B because Do Won was investigating the case his father went through the hypnosis thingy and met the doctor guy who killed him. If Do Won in world B didn't investigate the case or didn't get his father involved his father wouldn't have died in world B. And Seo Kyung'ss death is not caused by Do Won but Chief Oh's appearance(world C). In world A she killed Seo Kyung and in world B the same thing was about to happen. Them traveling to a new would prevent SK from world B from dying. The best thing to do would be for the 2 (SK world B, DW world A) is to live quietly and not interfere with their other selves in world C.
The drama was truly amazing! Every time you thought you knew something then they hit you with something else and you're here always guessing and coming up with new theories. The soundtrack and cinematography was also great
I kinda feel bad for Jung Min from both world. In world A Do Won kept disappearing until she never get to see him again. In world B she learned that the Do Won she knew and loved died but then met his other self who disappeared again(unless Do Won, and Seo Kyung go back to world B from time to time).
The story between the chief and her son was so interesting. It's good that she did the right thing in her own world and stopped him but traveling to other worlds and killing her other selves to have the doctor as her son again, and watch him die over and over? I mean it must have been very painful to witness but even after the same thing happened more than once she kept doing the same thing.
I hoped we had more scene of Do Won from world B, still miss him and Seo Kyung from world A.
Best drama of 2020!! I knew ms. oh was shady but i didn't expect she'd be the actual culprit OMG !!! so many plotwists, the best thriller crime drama i have ever watched
I don't trust the therapist either.. I feel we will get a Children of Nobody scenario again... he is too sketchy…
right I was thinking the same thing since I saw him the 2 episodes that were released last week I kept thinking that he might be the actual killer. Usually the culprit is right under our nose, introduced since the beginning of the drama or half way through And they make it seem like they're just a side character but later on we find out their real indentity. I really don't trust him
