Totally get his trauma plays a role in his reaction and I believe that is completely valid given his past. But I still thinks it’s quite harsh to jump to massive conclusions like it seems he’s doing/going to do in the next episodes. Also in regards to the case, if I remember correctly it was assigned to her pretty abruptly. My gripe isn’t so much that he fails to see her as “different” but that he’s immediately vilifying her. Being a fan, his fan, isn’t a bad thing. Part of me is also sad for MSN bc this was clearly a very private part of herself that he’s now forcing out in the open. It’s a bit invasive on his end, but I get that what it boils down to is that she lied and he’s at the center of that lie. I get this and I understand it, but at the same time she’s never done anything, said anything, etc. to make him uncomfortable. To him in the moment I can see how it would all seem calculated but I think everything she’s done for him thus far should outweigh any hostility he feels—if he just gives her a chance to explain. Also what’s so damn bad about being his fan? She’s supported his career, so what? She’s clearly shown she can separate her professional persona from her fangirl persona. It’s unfair, and kinda stuck up of him to immediately assume the absolute worse. She has the jawline and the charisma for that type of role in my opinion. Like she looked so fineeee when they switched and the prince went to raid the mountain in her body.

Literally every character sucks ass in this show minus my girl, Xu Yan. Even her older sister, Qiao Lin, who I thought was kinda ok is pissing me off. Xu Yan has to clean up all her messes, she’s irresponsible, immature, selfish and just plain annoying.
Also I wish her “dad” would just fuck off already he goes on and on about “We’re not longer family! We’re no longer father and daughter!” Yet there his ass is butting into everything that isn’t his gd business. Ugh.
