They better stay true to the story bc my girl He Yan was a badass. I watched some of the Double which is a drama that was adapted from a book by this same author and they changed some of the FMC’s cool moments like instead of keeping her amazing archery skills they added a scene of the MMC teaching her archery, like whaaaaa??? It’s not the same and totally undermined the FMC’s strong and skilled character

I agree, I read most of the novel through their translations but they’re not done translating the last 40 or so chapters 🥲so I switched to novelhi’s translations which are not as good but I can still understand the story line so that’ll have to do for now thx tho
