Overrated and Disappointing
I started this drama due to the hype, but it didn't live up to the ratings. It suffers from uneven pacing: it starts childish, picks up in the middle, but drags significantly towards the end. The writing falls apart in the final act, particularly regarding the female lead. Her character is frustratingly passive—she contributes nothing to the relationship while the male lead does all the emotional heavy lifting (chasing, apologizing, and fixing issues).
I found myself skipping scenes just to reach the ending, which felt forced—a sudden 'fairytale' resolution where everything is miraculously fixed. The only saving grace was Jun Young, who delivered an amazing performance despite the weak script. I cannot recommend this.
