well, maybe it depends on taste. I've watched the entire shows, and I still wasn't that impressed.. (I kinda liked the ending tho).
I actually like ridiculous thingies, but it was used in a forced way in this one, and the overall package wasn't that nice either. Just IMHO.

I really loved the setting & atmospher CS offered, and BM totally looked like that. What put me down all this time was: The number of the episodes, haha.

I'm thinking to watch Sunzuki Sensei & Bridal Mask in the near future :D
Bridal Mask has been in my PTW list for a very long time, simply because the setting was the same with Capital Scandal (which was my favorite). I see you aren't impressed by it at all. May I know what you dislike about it? :D

But I watched that *ages* ago, so I maybe wrong about it. I don't even remember many things about it except some scenes here and there and the main plot. Still, I'd like to know how do you think of it, as I think it'd be something you would like.
Also I still have a question about it and I'd like to discuss it with you.

At Ring 0, the prequel, as you may guess, it was about the Sadako herself. How she life, how was her relationship with people, etc. The setting was about 30 years prior to the 1st movie. The impression I got from this movie was very strong. It's hard to see this as a horror, as it's actually very drama and psychological I think.
I tend to rewatch my favorite shows, but I can't rewatch Ring 0, because it's hard to watch. Not because it was scary (because it wasn't that scary), but it's simply hard to rewatch it. If I have to choose, I prefer to rewatch the scary main movies (even though I'm not a fan of horror movies, and it freaked me out greatly).
