Well I've read the manga Ragna Crimson now (The English translated version). So regarding the episode 2 of Cherry magic.... Crimson is indeed badass I guess but more of a maniac (sees no value in human life).
Anyway I was curious but now I know, the story is indeed engaging though. For the average fan who likes the wholesomeness of the drama I wouldn't recommend checking it out unless you don't mind a lot of violence.

It made 100% sense that we got to see Kurosawa's perspective and memories in this episode without the mind-reading.…
Ah no its okay! I did originally have the interpretation you wanted that for Kurosawas imagination scenes but you cleared it up very quickly!

The whole discussion actually led me to think a lot about ace representation in BLs so I'm glad about that!

''I'm just sensitive to queer sexuality being depicted with more limitations than heteronormative.''
A valid concern to have about queer content. I do think Cherry Magic has been handling things quite well but that's just my opinion. Again I judge Japanese content based on whether they fall into the category of yaoi or BL. BL being more romanticised and yaoi focusing a lot more on the sexual aspect. So for me this drama has been doing very well.

By the way I can give recommendations of Japanese gay dramas/movies with realistic physical intimacy scenes (sex) if you want. I know about quite a bunch of them that don't desexualize anything.

I would like to answer if you don't mind! For your first point: It was on purpose we were not allowed to hear Kurosawa's…
I've actually never seen an openly identifying ace person in a BL drama before. I know Fujisaki as a side-character is likely aro/aco but to actually see a main BL couple with an ace character?
Anyway If I just missed out on that all this time then I would love to see recommendations if someone does know an example.

Regardless of the original discussion. I actually just don't even expect any representation at all in BLs, so after seeing this discussion and your replies I realised that's kinda unfortunate.

Yeah regarding physical sexual representation in BLs. I don't watch Japanese BLs for that since Japan has a distinction between BL and yaoi. Showing of sexscenes often falling into the category of yaoi and BL being more focused on the romantic side.
Perfect examples are Mood Indigo (Pornographer) which is a yaoi and Life Senjou no Bokura which is a BL. For representation of sex you just can't depend on BLs, its just not what the genre is focused on.

Japan doesn't shy away from sex as long as you choose the right genre which is LGBT media or yaoi. Anyway I know you don't necessarily wanna see sex scenes but I'm just telling from my experience what you can expect from a Japanese BL which is at most a kiss in 2020.

Ohhh okay I'm sorry I got the impression you wanted more intense sexual fantasies from Kurosawa when I read the text! Since I was thinking with the mole scene, PJ-scene and the bedfall-scene in mind which do make that impression of physical attraction for me. I thought you meant those weren't enough to indicate it. Now I understand that you didn't though!

I think the story will transition into more physical attraction themes besides just the emotional ones, mayby not yet next episode but definitely there will be an episode in the future that will show it more. I'm personally an emotions-person though since I'm asexual (so episode 7 was perfect to me) but I get that some people wanna see both the romantic and physical attraction in a relationship for more realism.

From episode 1, after Adachi realizes his new acquired power, the first thing he does is change his habits and…
Agreed with this!! Kurosawa is definitely physically attracted to Adachi and the show does make this clear. Like yeah Kurosawas fantasies aren't graphic but if they were it would #1 Make viewers have a very bad first impression of Kurosawa and his intentions. 2# It would create a very different mood for the drama overall and wouldn't do the emotional moments any favors.
Also Adachi would be a lot less comfortable with Kurosawa if he saw graphic imagery in his imagination. That trust that Kurosawa is ''a good guy'' would not exist.

I am thinking of writing the timeline so far aka how much time has passed from episode 1 till episode 7, the timeskips,…
Yes that'd be great to read :D it'd be good to have some written records of events in past episodes. We've only kept a ''Ehh?!'' record for Adachi up till now after all on this comment section.

Is it weird that i want this to stay a hidden gem? I feel so protective of it i don't want it to attract weird…
It is not a university or college-themed BL and won't have a bedscene where the male leads show off their chests before making out so I think a lot of Thai BL stans will skip this one.

I think the development at this point has been mostly emotional, will likely continue to be largely emotional but will include more intimacy between the characters bit by bit.
Also Kurosawa does have feelings for Adachi that go beyond just romance and into physical attraction. Otherwise the scene where he falls on top of Adachi wouldn't show him ''getting a grip''. He just prioritises the happiness of Adachi by a ton.
Oh right and the mole scene and the PJ-set scene show Kurosawas physical attraction too I almost forgot.
