Modern BL jdrama haven't gone beyond kissing from what I'm aware of. The movies are of course a different case.

Ok so this is the information we know about that.
Machida didn't know the reason so there's a bunch of theories.
-The black goat could represent a ''black sheep'' as in an outsider of the group.
-The black colour of the goat could reference the ''black''/''Kuro'' kanji in Kurosawas name.
-The goat could be from the zodiac animals. Achida sends Kurosawa a rabbit emoji and the goat zodiac and rabbit zodiac have great relationship compatability.
-Kurosawa is the G.O.A.T anyway (greatest of all time)

Would be cute to end on the phone scene from the manga too, with Kurosawa texting Oyasumi.

It is the same necktie as in the ''Adachi confession scene''!!!!!!! Do you know what this means? He's reminded of Kurosawas cooking in that picture. I wonder if the taste of that tamagoyaki is sweet or salty

For some healing: Watch the scene where Adachi and Kurosawa first talk at the elevator. Just before he turns his head and says ''lets take the stairs'' you can see him biting on his bottom lip. I think he was fully in for the idea of climbing stairs with Adachi xD
