Alright based on studying the evidence very carefully and help from other users this is my newest theory about episode 7. SPOILERS (mayby?)
So we start off with picture 1 . Kurosawa reaches his hand for Adachis face. Adachi looks down, Kurosawa likely backs off and says ''forget it''. Then in the preview we seem to follow Kurosawa more as he reevaluates his life during the day.
This is likely where we get the backstory of Kurosawas love (7 years ago). Adachi and Kurosawa have dinner with a client (not the parents) which goes wrong and drunk Kurosawa and Adachi head outside. Kurosawa lies down on Adachis lap where Adachi exclaims its good to see the perfect guy being human too (with faults and all that). Kurosawa cries :( Then it shows Kurosawa following Adachis life more at work and watching from a distance.
Back to modern day. I'm not sure how much time passes, could be a day or more days. Adachi decides to after Kurosawa and they meet again in the dark. Last pictures show Kurosawa a bit surprised so yeah we'll get Adachi at least sorta opening the door for their romance. Then a date happens in ep 8 with Tsuge being around them xD
Rewatching episode 1 is tough sometimes. Look at the scene where Kurosawa receives his price (for good sales) in the flashback. He looks around until he spots the camera, thats Adachis perspective so its Adachi he's looking at. He smiles specifically at him for that moment to share his joy and thats precisely when Adachi rolls his eyes cause he doesn't care at that point. Adachi obviously didn't know Kurosawa thought of him that way but rewatching it is tough at this point we're at right now.
What if... hear me out here... They don't end things on a cliffhanger this time? Lol I'm kidding xD obviously…
Their torture of our souls is exactly how we ended up bound to this comment section though xD Its nice to be surrounded by all the Kurosawas and Adachis profiles here
Yeah I've done attempts as well. I've got a more complete picture of the next episode at this point thanks to @Hikari No Naka. The general timeline of next episode still confuses me though (like do they just drop the backstory in the middle and have Adachi go to Kurosawa at the end of that?). But we'll see

Nice analysis!! I think you're right it may be right after his confession. I guess running Adachi in preview kinda confused me. I was like... Is he gonna find Kurosawa immediately after (with the background story happening in the middle)? Idk the whole thing is still a bit blurry to me. 1. He goes to find Kurosawa the same night 2. He doesn't go to find Kurosawa the same night Thats the difference I'm waiting to see for the next episode.
True its scary that stuff is becoming more difficult to predict now. For ep 8 I agree that its the first date thing. Idk why Tsuge is there either but it may be because Adachi was still scared to go on a date alone? Tsuge looks like such a thirdwheel in the 2 released pictures though.
The clothes being different means that we have uncertainty in the future. Likely either Adachi breaking it off and regretting it or Kurosawa not seeing a point in staying with Adachi (mayby cause of misunderstood jealousy?).
My theory about future episodes (based on like 3 leaked pictures) Ep 7, backstory of Kurosawa for a large part. This may be where we get the legendary leaked picture where Kurosawa touches Adachis chin. They either resolve or start the resolvement of the issue. Ep 8, date with Kurosawa in casual clothes, Tsuge going to be thirdwheeling on it very awkwardly at times. Any other theories are appreciated! I'm not sure where to fit the evening dinner scene. I'm not sure how much they'll fit into episode 7.

I guess the synopsis would sound better as ''treasure life more'' instead of ''live hard''.
