It's not the same company, but hyeri she works at a different annoucer building's parking lot.

Hyeri schedules don't clash at least with eun ho time since she has a very simple job and timetable.

But eun ho has most likely clashed with hyeri but it seems eun ho is aware of hyeri and reduces the possibility of changing, that's why she doesn't take certain time slots at work, and even if hyeri misses her job it wont be a suprise to her co worker cause she looks at her like she has mental issues sometimes.

I think its a symbolism of how hyeri awakens. Eun ho as to sleep for hyeri to take over.

I dont think they are going to merge at the end, like eun ho seems like the more matured and confident version of hyeri, which makes sense on how the body would adopt the personality of hyeri.
Plus it seems like the sister died young, so there is no time for the brain to have an adult equivalent to use.
Instead it chose characteristics more prominent in younger individuals
