I also think that the professionals (characters) opinions were not appropriate or what should have been said to the patient, not to mention that they also took some unethical actions. Their characters did develop by the end though.

The drama has its flaws, however, I still recommend it and see it as enjoyable. I rated it an 8.5 because the pros significantly overshadowed the cons for me.

I guess my final thoughts are that:
- yoon shi yoon is an amazing actor
- female lead wasn't that good or maybe it was because YSY was great
- main lead and Jennifer were the most likeable characters (I didnt care about other main people that much)
- the drama was well-intentioned and somewhat dealt with serious issues, however, it could've been done better
- I really felt for the main character and he had great character development
- I really, really like how well-written the main male lead's character is

I just finished the movie and I agree with you. I can't stand what the dad and the maid did, and it's hard to sympathize with them. I mean I feel sorry for Hwan because he was just a baby, but I hate how the maid kept acting like she didn't do anything wrong. Even if she didn't deserve what happened to her, she did a terrible thing too. I was confused watching the movie and just when I thought I figured out everything, Hwan shows up at the end, playing the guitar. Was him playing the guitar at the end, the main character's imagination or something? I'm still confused...
