Because the bullies father is a powerful man, and unfortunately in Korea that means he has the power to destroy them... Money and status takes you far in Korea...also when you're supposed to be dead you can't really be pissing off the wrong people
So Ji-Seop is fine af, I'm gunna have to go down a rabbit hole and binge his dramas.. also I'm not used to Jo Bok Rae playing a bad guy! The dramas I've seen him in he's always the quirky small town guy.. he's playing the role well so far
