On episode 25, I thought FL’s character would grow on me but she just gets more annoying and irritating as the show goes on…..😏 so far the main characters have the least chemistry, most boring storyline and worst character development (cuz its nonexistent, they do nothing)

On ep 14 and unfortunately I find the FL’s character really irritating. I love Bai Lu but this character she’s playing is so weird. It’s like she has a split personality. ML is ok and Dylan is giving me DaomingSi vibes. I’m actually more interested in Professor Yu and Qin ShiYue’s relationship development. She’s adorable and love seeing her growth and Miles Wei is always satisfying to watch.

QuZhou and Qinlan didn’t get enough screen time and character development. They could’ve been a great couple storyline but instead they had other unnecessary eps focused on side characters love stories which I found kinda boring. Also did Qinlan die? They ended it with no update to what happened to her.

2 eps in….did they dub Shen Yue’s voice? Kind of sounds like her but a lot doesn’t cuz it sounds higher than her real voice….

I wish they made He Qiao Yen be an actual husband that lost his wife instead of brother and sister in law. I think it would’ve made the story better.

Love Dilraba’s costumes in this! And one of my fave Male actors Miles Wei! I can’t wait for this one please release soon!

No more Hu Yitian dramas?! 😭

Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of CDrama actors haven’t been picking up any work? Many of my fave actors have very little upcoming projects listed on their pages lately whereas I use to see a lot.

I was cringing thru the first couple eps of Unrequited Love and couldn’t stand the FL so dropped it. Handsome Siblings was my gateway into Chinese dramas and Hu Yitian my first cdrama crush. I totally agree that costume/wuxia/xianxia dramas have way better stories than modern dramas. Most of my fave dramas are those. Hu Yitian’s acting just seems different and better in costume dramas too. Maybe bc of his stature and the way he talks just fits the time period.

I’ve been waiting years for this drama and just saw some clips on YT. Why does it look so cheesy and cheap?! Contemplating watching it…..

He really fits wuxia costume dramas. He should do more of those bc his modern dramas are always just eh.

Just finished it and ngl I REALLY wanted to love this but I didn’t. The acting saved the show but the story and editing was all over the place. It had some really great moments but the cons almost outweigh the pros on this. Shen Yue and Lin Yi’s acting were top notch though.

On episode 18 and it’s ok. I was really looking forward to this bc Shen Yue is one of my fave actresses but so far not loving the story. The concept is interesting but it’s definitely a slow burner and the side stories/characters are kinda boring. There’s a chance I would’ve dropped this but I’ve been dying to see Shen yue and Lin Yi in a drama together so won’t stop now. I’ll stick around til it gets good.

Why aren’t they allowed to?

On ep 7……was just thinking Hu Yitian would’ve been perfect for a role like this. He knows how to be emotionless and since they’ve already worked together the chemistry would be fire!

I want Shen Yue to do more costume/wuxia/xianxia dramas. I see she’s doing a support role in one coming up and hope it’ll lead to main lead roles. She’s got pure beauty and those costumes would look beautiful on her!

OMG we have an update?!! I’ve never waited so long for a drama in my life. I remember waiting for this like 3 years ago. Imagine being a part of this cast and promoting a drama you made half a decade ago lol

It’s a chill drama. Nothing bold but the main leads love story was too boring. FL played the part TOO babyish at times too. Unforgettable Love is still my favorite Miles Wei drama

Omg I thought this drama would be another fluffy one bc the main leads are always cast in those types. SHOCKED to see it has a serious sexy tone! I CANNOT WAIT for this!
