At least the product placement on Business Proposal hasn’t been as obvious although I had a giggle with the Bibigo kimchi because that’s the one I have in my fridge right now.

I think he changed his accent a bit for this show. Or maybe living in Korea is changing his accent. On Abyss, he definitely had more of a Toronto accent.

Have you watched Enchante? The leads are almost twins and I’m usually pretty good with faces.

I thought we’d get some super romantic scenes while camping, but it was just a few sweet moments. I liked the kimchi stew scene. It made me think that Yu Jin would have given Si Woo so much grief over forgetting the meat while Ha Kyung made something delicious and just wanted to spend time with him.

I have a hard timing getting up for my 7:30AM meetings on weekdays, but I can wake up at 7AM on weekends because I need to watch the new episodes. The pacing is perfect for me and the relationship of the leads feels very mature and realistic. There’s no fake or cutesy banter to generate some people’s idea of chemistry. The show is very comforting for me.

I completely agree with you and episode 9 reinforced this with me. I like how the leads are getting to know each other well even if they rushed things in the beginning of their relationship. Their relationship is very realistic to me.

This show and Semantic Error are also the ones I look forward to the most right now. Business Proposal just started, but it’s good so far.

Different viewpoints are so interesting. I find the monologues beautiful, well-written and help to understand what’s going on with the different relationships. I don’t usually like monologues.

My first thought today after episode 7 is that the pacing is perfect for me. I’m also really enjoying this drama. I like how the lead couple’s relationship is mature and realistic even with all their baggage. I can completely relate to them and don’t get the lack of chemistry comments. I feel like they’re doing their best to really find love with each other and it’s not just lust.

I just remembered that the beginning of Gank Your Heart is super annoying, but it gets better around episode 4.

Gank Your Heart is very similar. I rate it about the same as FIYS. I preferred You Are My Glory over both of them but not by much. I also can’t get into Go Go Squid. Paused it partway through episode 2 and thinking of dropping.

Loved the lead couple, but this was draggy. I fast forwarded lots. Thank goodness for the old post that gave spoilers by episode, so I didn’t miss key scenes.

Jin Seok was just friends with Mi Jo and Mi Jo introduced Jin Seok to Chan Young. JS and CY instantly fell in love and dated, but they broke up when he went abroad for work. He ended up marrying someone else, but he and CY continued to be close (but not sexual) friends after he went back to South Korea. Mi Jo wants CY to stop being friends with JS because it’s still cheating on his wife even if there’s no sex.

It’s a very sweet show. It will likely end up as a comfort drama for me like Love Scenery. I feel bad sometimes being so basic, but I prefer uncomplicated love stories without evil side characters or huge stupid misunderstandings.

I paused this for months and just picked it up again. It got much better after the hot springs resort episodes. I also have a serious case of 2nd ML syndrome. I’ve watched lots of dramas and this is the first time that it’s happened for me.

Way too much focus on Sara in Young Lady and Gentleman. It got very tiresome. I love Forecasting Love and Weather much more although I still find that there’s too much Ki Joon.

I really enjoyed the song in this episode. I usually find the singing scenes cringey or just bad in dramas.
