I’m usually Team Fluffy Romance, but I’m thoroughly enjoying this mature, realistic drama. Today’s episode had me in tears multiple times. People criticize the leads’ acting, but you could clearly see and feel that they’re both heartbroken. I’m actually going to watch the episode again because I kept getting interrupted today and it took me 5 hours to watch the first time. I do hope future episodes have more of the lead couple because the exes seem more like the leads but they used PMY and SK for their huge fan bases.

I’m actually watching The Untamed for the first time while also watching Oath of Love. I thought it would be confusing with the same lead actor, but he plays them so differently.

Unpopular opinion but I’m still enjoying this drama. I’m even starting to care about the side characters even though I still find it strange that the lead couple have few scenes together. I feel an affinity to Ha Kyung: passive except for work and her family, internalizing everything, being attracted to someone so different. This drama makes me feel so many things including confusion and frustration. I like having the contrast of this show on the weekends and A Business Proposal at the start of the week. I have time to wallow in emotions then have a happy pill to get my week going.

I fast forward through all their scenes. I remember not liking the SanSan actress that much in another drama that starred Zhao Lusi, so I already had a bad impression of her.

I’m watching this and The Untamed at the same time. I’ve never seen him in anything else before and I think he’s quite good. Very believable and multi-dimensional in both roles.

It’s pretty close to the manhwa. There’s some added or changed scenes, but it stays true to the feel of the manhwa. Biggest difference I’ve found is that Taesung and his mom seem to be on pretty good terms in the show. Also, there’s only 3 episodes left for university and work years, so I don’t know how much will be included.

Never mind. I should have kept scrolling. I think it’s DVD because each ep is 45 min or more.

I’m currently only watching on Viki app which will have 29 eps. Is that tv or dvd version? Sorry for the stupid question, but so many comments and I can’t find the answer.

My parents were strict with me regarding dating at your age, but I was allowed to watch anything. I don’t think it affected me negatively. If anything, my parents dating restrictions made it very hard for me to meet men and get married. I was chatting with my 10 year old niece today and she was telling me how her parents watched Bridgerton with her. That’s a Netflix show that has scenes that are way beyond kissing. She’s at an age were kissing is a little disgusting.

A friend said she wasn’t watching this because it looked serious based on the poster. She was surprised when I told her that it’s completely lighthearted and funny.

I’m only on episode 2, but the show synopsis seems wrong. Lu Xun seems like he’s already in love with Qian Wen or am I seeing something that’s not there?

Abyss was ok, but I had to fast forward a bit to get through boring or annoying parts. Han So Hee’s character in it bugged me so much that I can’t watch anything else she’s in.

Young Seo’s aunt in this is exactly the same character as the nasty art director/CEO on Her Private Life. The line deliveries are almost identical and they both have spoiled daughters. Only difference is maybe that the aunt’s styling isn’t as outrageous.

I think the lead couple’s kisses are quite good for a Korean drama, but the 2nd couple’s kisses are so much better. Maybe it’s part of their roles where the 2nd couple have less obstacles, so they’re more unhinited.

The cousin knows Sunghoon is not Taemu, so she may just throw a tantrum. Or is this blind date how she meets Sunghoon in the webtoon and decides he’s her type? She’s such a snob though, so I can’t imagine that she would go for a secretary.

It’s so weird on my Netflix Canada though. 25 21, which I’m not watching yet because I keep seeing crying scenes, is always being pushed at me. Same with 39 and FLAW. I have to use the search function for ABP. It doesn’t even show on my Continue Watching.

The way Ms Yeo runs with her orange pants made me laugh out loud.
