Unfortunately there's no English translation. It's definitely one of the few dramas I wish folks could also read the book because it definitely gives you a different perspective and makes you appreciate certain things in the drama more. Of course they're things I wish they did in the drama that where in the book, but like you said there are limitations to what the drama can and is allowed to do.
