You said you wanted to learn the "qin", actually you mean the "zheng" (guzheng), which is the sound you listened in the scene, so the instrument you want to learn was the one you saw and listened: the guzheng. Nothing is impossible in the field of Knowledge if you have the desire, persistence, dedication. I don't know which country you live in, depending on where you live, the price of a guzheng will be much higher if you have to import these precious millennial instruments , the wood goes through a slow maturation process of years.
