Retardation29

damn this synopsis is so intriguing. I hope this is as good as it sounds.

I'll check it out

is it just me or has the past couple of months really been a drought for good dramas? There's been almost no releases and the ones that are released arent any good. I'm so bored and idek if we are getting a new drama (thats possibly entertaining) this month or the next.

does anyone understand the very last scene with Sin Yu previous self holding a spell book? What's the point of the scene?

WHY IS THIS RATED G??!!! there was a literal rape scene in the first episode and the whole intro was just sex lmao 💀

what is the original

I want to watch it because of the high rating but I don't like high school settings

avenue x sometimes has the dumbest opinions.

oh ok that's cool then.

I've watched literally hundreds of Chinese dramas and lighter and princess is my favorite modern one by far. There really aren't many shows like it out there. One show that I think you may like if you happen to like the unpredictability of characters is Legally Romance. If we have similar taste, you'll like it I'm sure.

oh weird. are they love interests then 😬

the current poster makes Xu Kai and Esther Yu look like love interests but aren't they siblings in this show?

everybody is talking about a controversy but not saying what happened. what exactly happened?

sometimes I really don't get avenue x when It comes to her taste. She has highly rated some of the most boring dramas I've seen and has lowly rated some of the best I've seen (such as lighter and princess).

exactly. When it comes to semi decent chinese dramas Im going to take what I can get. obviously this isnt the "perfect" xianxia ever but in comparison to some other xianxias I've seen, its not bad at all. Also I think it's way to early to tell if it's a bad show. Let's wait to see where the plot takes us. I think the community is a little too picky when it comes to Chinese dramas considering how many of them are so bad.

I'm still confused did they swap bodies or literally become an opposite gender?

what do you mean by gender swap in #3? Are the two main leads switching genders or something? I'm confused

considering how far he is down on the cast list I'm thinking he may not be very relevant in the future episodes (I hope). usually MDL puts more important characters first in the cast list.

wow. thanks for clearing that all up.

for those of you that have read the book can you spoil these questions for me? What's Xiumings deal? Is he evil/become evil? Does he ever get with the FL in any of the lives? I'm only on EP 5 and he's annoying the shit out of me. It feels like he has a selfish motive. Also can someone lay out the seven lives of love for me because this current life is taking up quite a lot of time and I don't know when the other are gonna be playing out or even have time to. please enlighten me 🙏
