well if that's actually the case I'd personally find it to be more repetitive. I hate having to get used to new personalities in characters especially if it's happening seven times in only 40 episodes. How am I supposed to get attached to any character if they completely change every few episodes?

they're probably talking about Romance of a Twin Flower which although it was supposed to come out in 2020 is only coming out yet this year.
