So the theory is that because Chita can kill other Nour he probably burned himself with fire and that's why he got a scare. The ex theory is interesting and I would then imagine it might be Ken's first true love. However my first theory was that his first true love was killed by the Nour that kills other Nours, which would be why he is so obsessed with the idea.
The evil twin would be a bit cheap. And if you look at Chitas dorm, it is very fancy and extravagant. His home does not suit his clothing and so leather and jewelry looks more like his style.
