In the beginning, I thought the 2FL was kinda cool, brave, reckless and a bit badass but she turned into this clingy woman who is following around this vile and unscrupulous bandit. Is she in love with him? Not even sure when or how, when he has never done anything remotely nice for her. I thought she wanted to escape the arranged marriage so she can live independently. So disappointed with her character.

I think sometimes it could be your body is used to the temperature/heat. I don't live in the desert but I grew up in the Caribbean. I'm Chinese but I've never used sunscreen in my 20 years living there and I've never gotten sunburnt. I moved to Canada and what do you know....I got my first case of sunburn and now I wear sunscreen and for my kids too. I think if someone was born in the desert and they have always lived there, then most likely won't get burnt.

I haven't watched this but if someone run into the road unexpectedly while i was driving. It's not the driver's fault. You can't prevent accidents like that.

I was one of those patient ones who didn't mind them taking their time to transitioning to lovers but even I'm running out of patience. There is absolutely no reason at all for them not to be together. They both knew they like each other but still hesitating and making excuses. It just shows that they don't like each that much or not meant to be together.

The first 2 episodes, I thought her acting was stiff but she got better in later episodes. I didn't have an major issue with her acting either.

Exactly! As adults, I think most of us can differentiate between right or wrong. There are 1000s of dramas with green flag MLs who will always do the right thing. If this is not to your taste, or you're a teenager and easily influence or it's triggering then drop it or don't watch. Let some of us enjoy some spiciness and guilty pleasure. It doesn't mean that we approved or endorsed it.

Joseph Zeng is a guest role in so many dramas... I wonder if he gets paid to do them.

I submitted a request to have her change to Main role but not sure if they would do it.

ikr I can't believe people are saying they they don't have enough screen time together. Maybe not enough romantic screen time, but they haven't started dating yet. The 2nd couple barely have 10 mins all together, so who took up all the screen time??

Just saw the trailer. Why must the guy always be the clingy one... Would be nice to just have a drama where the guy actually moved on after been heartbroken by the FL.

Ok maybe I'll wait until more episodes are released to watch.

Yes I find most people use modern ideology/mindset for historical dramas. Having multiple wife/concubines, killing, sexual assaults are normal occurrence at that time. Not saying that it was right, but that's just how it was back then.

Yup. They are finally making progress transiting from friends to lovers. From the preview it looks like JSY has always liked her and he called her bro because there were gossip about them during high school so he did that to squash it.

I don't think so. From what I gathered from the preview, they acknowledged they have feeling for each other but they are letting it progress naturally...or unnaturally in their case lol

That's true. It's too small to give a fair rating. if even one person decided to give it a 1, then the rating will be unfavorable. I'll check it out since I like the FL.
