I'm on ep 9 and I'm not even sure why Huan'er still wants to be friends with QiQi. She has done nothing wrong and all she had even been was nice to her and treated her like her best friend. Huan'er is the type who makes friends easily, so not having qiqi as a friend is no big lost to her. Makes no sense she still persisted in being her friend.

I didn't see the cast for the class monitor, Xinyan. Did she have another name?

ikr. Usually if someone breaks his leg, they will put a cast on it and send you home. Then you use clutches or wheelchair in the meantime. You don't take up the hospital room for weeks.

I get what you're saying but it didn't really bother me that Landi Li's character is supposed to be average looking. Not sure if you're watching Northward, but Bai Lu portrayed an average -looking tomboyish teenager and she was quite believable but we all know how attractive she is in real life. We all like to watch attractive people on screen and that's what sell :-)

So true. Call me superficial but I don't think I'll watch a romcom/idol drama if I don't find the leads attractive. They can play average joes but can't really be average looking lol

I think it really depends on which part of China you're from. My parents speak Cantonese and the language is harsh/rude and we can't take things so seriously or else we will have very low self-esteem. Growing up, I was called the 'skinny girl' and my sister was the 'fat girl'. We were always being compared to friends' sons/daughters and coming up short. I guess we were used to it so this brought back some memories.

I'm just so glad I'm married lol. San Yan is giving such high expectation to the single ladies, nothing their boyfriends do is going to top that hahaha

For sure. I was also tempted but I would be a zombie today if I only get 3-4 hrs of sleep. All the angst was over so I was ok with watching the last 2 eps tonight.

This is not an idol or romance drama hence not very popular in MDL

ikr. I couldn't really get into TBT. I'm still on ep 7 and I've been watching for 3 days. I still have 2 more eps for TFF and will finish that tonight!

I was more impressed with ZRN. I thought she was going to mess up the kissing scenes lol. I already know BJT will do great.

Omg I wasn't expecting so many kissing scenes and some were really HOT. Definitely an unexpected but very welcoming surprise. Amazing chemistry by the leads!

hehe I was guilty of that. I went to a chiropractor once and he was young and so good looking. Next time I went back, my friend insisted on joining me to check him out. It was harmless fun. We were just being young and silly. Not thinking of hooking up or anything.

So glad it's not a wig. She has one of the ugliest wig in one of her earlier drama. I can't remember the name but not sure why they couldn't give her a more natural wig or hair extension.

ikr. In some dramas, when you see the kisses in the BTS and what made the cut, it was like 2 seconds. What a waste of hard work. Maybe it depends on the person(s) who reviewed the drama for censorship? Like some are super strict while others are more lenient.

So the long hair version is a wig then? Or she filmed the adult version first, and then have it cut after to film the teenage version?

I think some people here are just very young and idealistic. It's no use trying to convince them. Mental issues are really hard to deal and complicated.
