In ep 9, I agree with her that Min Gee is not really attracted to Su Been romantically, she just really hurt with Seung Il and not ready to have a long personal time with him yet. She just need time to recover her heart.
Her feeling towards Su Been is just like found a friend or even bosom friend that share huge and common things. She just happy that there are someone that have interest, personality and act like her
I'm sorry but Su Been actually the bad guy here. He always tell Hee-Sun good things about his feeling but when come Mina Sue, it don't seem like that.
The guy just attract to Mina, but still playing around with Hee Sun true feeling towards him
Innocent face guy like him quite playboy for me. He like Mina, but when he didn't get what he want from her, he went to HeeSun. He treat HeeSun like a backup plan that will always be there

After all, love is everything. Even FX showed all kinds of good deeds towards SL, but if SL doesn't had a bit love towards FX, there's no way they could make it up.
But yeah, we can realize that in ep 14 & 15, there are some scenes that don't show in the series but it did in the novel. Such like Lu Bowen and SL kiss scene in New Year. But yeah, it doesn't mean a lot I think, but it does make me curious cause they give us the hint.

For me personally, their acting is not that good especially FX, we can see from the cry scene, and other that involves a heavy emotion, he can't really carry out the acting perfectly.
SL is better, his facial expressions quite on point in most emotion.
The things that bring the emotion successfully of course is the scriptwriter and maybe director. Scriptwriter do his best in arranging the emotional rollercoaster. Director ( I guess) do his job well when he ask the FX actor to lower his head when cry, cause his expression mostly like non chalant. By not see his face, we still can understand the sad and resentment that the scriptwriter wanna portray in those scenes.

After all the apologize and make amends, FX still want to threat SL. I even start to pity FX at first, then the threat things come again. Although we know that he doesn't really mean it. But in SL's condition, how can he see that positively. SL even don't wanna cooperate with FX's second brother to harm him.
And what the fuck with the Huang Lao, how can he also trick his own student. But his quote "Essentially, there's no difference" make me realize, he also wanna make SL hate FX more. Hahahah
Huhuhu, even though I really wanna see them happy together at the end, but honestly if it is me in real life, I really don't know how I can forgive that person even with infinity kindness he showed. Cause the root feeling has already been harmed. Being with him just will make me suffer quitely

But about Fan Qin Hong and Shen Gu Jiu, are they just a passing by character? We just heard their name at ep 11, and lost it at ep 12. What's the reason of their appearance in this series? Is it really necessary?

Give him the cold shoulder I think so far is the best revenge for a stubborn and dark FX. Beat him or hurt him physically won't affect him anything. Only by the mentally approach, can make him really realize what is wrong
The scene SL smoking outside of the house while FX reminiscing the past of them make me can't help myself to cry 😭...The background music really on point...Our SL is really hurt. And FX still have the nerve to sleep with him again and again..huhhhu
