Yes you should! I didnt like the original one too but i loved this version. I thought of only watching half of ep 1 but ended up watching the whole 6 ep.

If you havent watch the original one you should watch this. Its good. If you have watched original then i think you will probably hate it

Yes agree with you. S1 was the best. I guess they are running out of ideas . If only they stopped at s1, it could have been a masterpiece. I was thinking even if korean did a remake of it, i doubt it will be as good.

Yes even after watching first ep of the original one (but i dropped it because not really interested ), i can feel like the korean remake was more like a parody than a remake. If only they made their own version of money heist. Its such a waste. They had so much potential. I'm glad i wasnt interested in the original version

Ahhh okok! I knew Park Hae Soo from Prison playbook too and then Squid Game. Watching him as berlin made me miss Prison Playbook too.. Tokyo and rio in korean remake has no chemistry. They look like siblings instead of lovers. Hopefully there's a twist in the korean remake and we get to see berlin and tokio together (which i doubt so!) hahaha...

Omg tats what i thought so too. Spanish language is romantic but only in songs i guess 😂
I really like korean language... I agree its satisfying to hear. That's why many people want to learn Korean.

Here's my opinion. I think its natural for us to feel uncomfortable when watching sex scenes especially if you intend to watch it with your family. Even if i was watching it alone, I'll skip it too. Personally sex scenes are irrelevant.

No worries we can still watch this show or any m18 show but just skip these scenes. There are so many dramas/movies out there tat has no sex scenes but are still doing well. I am more interested in the plot.

Hmmmm.. I've watched a European movie before and i liked it. So it depends i guess.

At least I've tried watching the original but too bad i didn't quite enjoy it as much as the korean one. But I'm sure both are good in their own way...

Park hae soo was the reason why i was rooting for Berlin to remain as the leader! I was pissed that he was tied up.. Only he has the leadership quality

Oh no i think you misunderstood my comment. I mean i ship Berlin and Professor's gf and not with tokyo... I really like berlin in the korean remake. I think Park Hae Soo did a great job

I actually prefer Berlin and Seo Woo Jin (professor's gf). I felt their chemistry when they had their first conversation 😂

I like the Berlin in the korean version. I watched ep 1 original one but it felt like Berlin was such a casanova. I'm glad Park Hae Soo did his own version.

Why would we watch the original one before watching this? I tried watching the first ep for the 2nd time. Managed to watch the whole ep but dont feel like continuing it. I watched it the first time 2 years ago but dropped it too. There's too much explicit scenes and too much talking in the original one. That's the reason why i never like western shows.

Agree with you on that. I thought the acting was too over the top for the original one.

Nah... The reason why i prefer kdramas because its "cleaner" version. Western version is too explicit for my liking 😂
