An out of context thing I just realised, it very rear in historical drama for having the female cast with open hair style. Most of them have that weird bun type of hair.
i do feel like CSS can manage to protect herself though. the only person she can't go up against is her mother.…
I do agree that CSS is an independent woman who can protect herself but her whole life she was alone, she needs someone who will always stay by her side no matter what. For now ofcourse LY is with her but for how long, maybe in future he can be manipulated by his family member who knows and if not that what if in general she is being bullied by her in-laws what can he do . Can he stand against his family just for her? Maybe.... But can he leave his family for her? Can he support her without his family's wealth?...I am not so sure about that. I mean let's not forget that LY don't really have any great achievement, he doesn't have a job, doesn't earn money and practically live off his family money.
Whereas for LBY, he and CSS both struggled for having paternal love. None of them has seen perfect family but still believes that one day they will have one of their own. Also LBY is capable of protecting CSS in most of cases and have emperor on his side aswell. Moreover CSS's both father and mother are in army, I don't think that LBY being in one would make him less compatible to her. Infact she could understand him more better.
For the first time I agreed with CSS's mother when she said that LY is a weakling and can't protect Css in future. It's not about the fact whether LY is a good match for CSS, it is about both of them not being compatible atall.
Moreover it feels as if two kids want to marry each other.
It's funny watching the uncle niece duo fighting for aunt's attention. Moreover three of them gives more family vibes than CSS along with her actual parents
CSS was definitively wrong in this case. No one did get hurt but someone could have been an since she used the…
I just feel that what is the point of punish your child when they don't exactly understand what are they being punished. Also even if CSS was needed to be punished it shouldn't have been her mom to do that. I mean first she needs to be a mother to CSS then make her understand and correct her mistake.
From CSS's POV it's like a lady who was absent her whole life suddenly comes back and starts to change her whole personality, punish her, always find mistakes in her in the name of being her 'mother'.
can anyone share the link of translated version of this novel. I did try reading the Chinese one by google translating it but it just doesn't work for me.
the way he said "I am someone who has been admiring you for so long" it felt as if he was confessing her about how now then he is always checking up on her.
ok just watch ep14 preview, why do I feel that maybe in that episode fl's mom might favor CSS. I think she might side with css as to why her marriage was decided without anyon asking her mother. Which is a good thing. I hope I guess that right.
As someone who is reading the book, I MUST SAY....without spoilers, I still could not understand CSS's mother's…
That's exactly the same thing I was thinking. At some point I wanted to scream at her mother and tell her, all these mistakes that she is pointing out in her own daughter happened because she was neglected as a child and that she is not some soldier who you could just train. Come on man all these mistakes she sees in Shao Shang are the reason why she was able to survive, otherwise she would have died long enough with such child abuse.
not me thinking it again that why in most of the cdramas either the main leads know each other from childhood or they have met each other but doesn't remember....
Finally after a long I am into a drama regardless of its cast. I mean ofcourse it was the main leads that got me into it but now watching it, the storyline is so good that I wouldn't mind watching it without any popular faces. Lusi and Wu lei just makes it even better.
No matter how many people are disappointed at the fact that sports part weren't showed well but after watching snowdrop and 2521 I happy to finally have a happy and satisfying ending!!
why the subbed version released few hours after raw version, why can't they be out together??? I mean I have to watch the same episode two times because I don't have the patience to wait for the subtitles even though I don't understand Korean.
Ahh TJ's family is too much. I mean generally in asian families the younger sibling is most loved one. (debate able for some) But here it's like the mother loves JY so much that if situation occurs, she could ask TJ to quit playing just so JY won't feel sad.
