Maybe you didn’t understand ep 1, cos at the beginning was the present when XY confessed to WQ…then it started from the past,from when they were teenagers to how they met,WQ doing odd jobs for that gangster to him taking XY in then their stories continued including side characters. It’s really NOT that difficult to understand 🙂.

Lmao I’ve been replaying that part. My guy was soo sad,his voice even cracked. But then later on,after they cracked the case…he was smiling & you could see his adorable dimple since CS said he’s staying.

Yeah but he’s BEEN lonely for years,it’s not recent. He didn’t have friends even before his father’s death. People kept their distance from him so imagine how he must’ve felt. CS on the other hand is caring & kind,something LB seriously crave for. LB was actually touched when CS said the wild cat was drugged & hurt,how can he just release it,what if something happens to it. Plus he didn’t care LB was a demon,no wonder why he was sad when CS was leaving but now he’s back & he’s all smiles again hehe.

Also it’s fine to celebrate if this drama is doing good on C-drama platform. Whether new dramas are out or not,it all depends on the actors,story & chemistry. If people like this drama,then whooohoo!! If you think it’s mid,that’s also okay,we all have different tastes 🙂. We rarely get heavily male centered plot/friendship/bromance C-dramas these days,so if we’re lucky to get something like this, i thank the heavens 🙂.

Idk I feel like some of the cases(if not all) are somehow linked to Yi Zhi hua🤔. Li Bing’s father’s death must have something to do with that secret organization. Also I have a feeling the person who pulled the flare when LB was returning his father’s body back to his hometown might be the one who saved him from the assassins?

Again! This is NOT a romance drama, not even 1% romance in this. Don't expect there to be romance or slight romance. We’re already almost halfway through the drama & people are expecting there to be romance when there isn’t 🥴. Bromance on the other hand is 100% in there.

Maybe you’re kidding which is fine🙂, but this is a MALE CENTERED PLOT,no romance, no love triangle or quadruple love. This drama is filled with mystery,comedy, fantasy & adventure. There’re dozens of romance dramas out there, then there’re those who prefer friendship/bromance dramas like this🙂.

The way LB had a sad face, when he asked CS if he’s still leaving was pitiful…But then when CS said he’ll stay,LB couldn’t stop smiling. He’s like yes! My bestie is back☺️.

Idk if you’ve really watched the drama & how the 2 boys first met but, When WQ first met xiao yuan, I’d say he was about 16 yrs old, so probably a 4-5 years age difference. Hope it helps 🙂

He won’t, he’ll be back next episode. Besides what CS told him during their investigation was actually a clue & at the end you could see LB say oh no & run off to save CS. You’re right, he’s been lonely for a long time,even before his father was murdered. People kept their distance from him since he was a minister’s son & also due to his illness. CS is the only one who’s been kind to him without ulterior motives. LB feels a sense of attachment & I’d say sees CS as a best friend he can confide in.

Well general Jing was a slave,until Li Ji(Li bing’s father) took him in & promised to release him of his slave status, when he returns from the battlefield. But when he returned he became distant to the Li family & only cared for his own selfishness. Li Ji DID I fact clear Jing of his slave status,but never got the chance to give it to him since he was murdered.

If you find it weird,disturbing or appalled by the drama,take it up with priest cos she wrote this novel🤷🏽‍♀️. But don’t write negative /misleading stuff to drive those who want to watch it away.
