The production level certainly falls short compared to the actors' line-up but that was not enough reason for me to stop watching at any point.
In the beginning, I made the mistake of starting at episode 2 instead of the 1st but because we were in the introductory part I didn't feel the need to go back to the first episode. From flashbacks, ep1 seems to be entirely in the past so I am planning to watch it at some advanced point in the plot perhaps before the finale. What do you think should I go back to watch it now?
I could see why the chicken fryer would have her funky back up but as for JA I would think she would not oppose…
Oh my thoughts were the opposite! I think ES isn't DG daughter. My doubt comes from the secret DG hid for the sake of CY that led to JA to think he cheated and then divorced him. We kinda know that it is a misunderstanding and based on the recent episode CY flew after him to the philipines after a while.
But now thinking about this again SW is only one year younger than EH and ES is same age as SJ. Oh, you might be right on point! Wait, this was so obivous how could I not think of it! In the pictures JA has EH is clearly a kid not a one year old baby even! Omg. Mind blown. This whole time I thought I was some dectitive to think ES isn't DG's 🫣 I thought of this as I wrote it and thought i might as well keep it

I think it's because of the sibling releationship being weird. Stigma around it. I don't even thing EA and EH will like such connection, but we'll see. Based on the preview they are going to hide the whole thing from ES which is not very smart in my opnion.
Was just watching Good Day to be a dog and Lee Yoon Ah is the fl friend there. I found it cute, her role in both dramas is quite similar hope to see her more
Me. I don't like EA and today’s ep made me dislike her more. She has a nasty temper like CY. She was the same…
I guess I gave her excuess as the plot moved on from there. But don't you think they softened the characters after the first few episodes, CY temper is also hiding somewhere. I remember in the first few eps everyone was treating ES almost as invisible.
I think GR mother is a plot device for EA to realize her mom might have had a good reason to not contact her. It might be there to help her understand her mom because between her and EH, she will be the one harboring more resentment considering how little EH remembers.
SW's mom strikes again in the preview. She met ES for 2 seconds what does she hate about her so much? I hope this couple stays strong. They already confirmed how much of a spiritual support they are to each other and how they can support each other dreams.
I am seeing comments not liking EA. She is not the most likable person in the show but she's not bad either. Even though she lives in her own world and according to her views. She still gives the best advice to her siblings, shields EH from past trauma/memories, appreciates step-mom, and goes to great lengths to be a step-daughter, comes from a poor background and is exposed to luxurious life aspects but values her modest family business and even supports it.
Aside from being a boomer (kinda) she has been a very wholesome character.
I commented a while ago that I entered my "skip everything but main couple" but I now mostly skip parents. Some scenes are useless in the plot but it's the charm of long dramas to be exposed to all characters even the ones you don't like.
I wish ES wasn't so naive. How can she forget what happened at the theatre and go through the same thing again.…
of course but I do understand ES feelings and where her respect comes from. I was very proud of her when she demanded an apology and ever so disappointed in HY. I think there's some redemption there after today's episode at least on the professional side.
I can't wait for her stop liking SW because if this goes long I am afraid she'll shake/use EH just to reveal the family secert and stop the main couple from dating. I am reading too much into the future but in that case i will see less and less chances of her and EH getting together.
You obviously watched a completely different AOME than the rest of us did. SML sucked at acting. ML was awesome.…
I think ES although a push over her character is still refreshing from the other candy ml. When she decides it's enough she stands up for herself like she did in the theatre and with her ex bf. it was very courageous of her as well to ask her superior to apologize.
To me, she's only naive and a pushover in the sense that her self-esteem when it comes to acting is low. She doesn't think she shines as bright as anyone and that's very understandable when she compares herself to her very outstanding siblings.
On the other hand, SFL is not too shabby. Her character is as annoying as it is intended with her very thorny personality. Idk when the world decided that being nice is no longer a requirement for social interactions. I really don't know how can anyone say Nam Sang Ji.

I think she formed a deep respect for her when she: 1. Hired her fully knowing she's an actress and despite the unpleasent first impression 2. Was exteremly nice and professional with her
The HY we saw up until recently was a very professional person who even when her colleague's jokes and jealousy went too far didn't reflect that by using her power as a superior to respond. I too very disappointed she turned into this mess.

I don't like JA in any way but the longer they stall her meeting the kids the more time we have to spend till the reconcile
I do need to watch My Dearest, maybe for my winter break binge!
