I think it is mostly because both her goals have lost their value in some way or the other. She had two goals - 1. Avenge her father who was killed before her eyes; and 2. To get her powers back. Former is redundant now because she finally found out the truth about her father, now she knows that he was a petrified soul shifter. Latter is no longer an urgent matter because she has somewhat gotten used to not having her powers, the earlier desperation is no longer there because she finally decided to truly own her current body (during the songrim servants' race).The sense of urgency is no longer there because she doesn't have a clear goal. She can't run as fast if she doesn't know the destination. (I know not being petrified should be a goal but evidently Uk is more worried about that than her, she seemed resigned to it while he is the one passionately looking for solutions)

I agree with you about a mother not having to give birth just for the sake of the father but i disagree with you about YW suffering because of her father. 1. TSM came from an influential family and evidently the father couldn't even meet her much after her pregnancy, i can't imagine his begging being the sole reason for her decision to have the baby. Things would be unfair if there was an abuse of dominant position but the mother has obviously always been the more powerful one. I truly believe that she gave birth to YE because she just didn't want to go through with the abortion. Not that her going through with the abortion would've been wrong, butto each his own 2. YW is autistic, she would have led a similar life even if her mother and father had decided to stay together and take care of her. I love Yul and am absolutely rooting for his happiness but I'm pretty sure he and MD body/ Naksu soul are not the endgame. She couldn't even be bothered to keep his whistle with her.
