Help me understand why the FL can't answer the phone. Are they making the FL smart/dumb on purpose.? 1st you have a staker but go to the forest by yourself and dont answer the phone. 2nd you have a stalker but keep acting regular at home and still hesitant in answering the phone. 3rd you just got attacked by stalker and he isnt in custody and you are at someones home and not answering the phone but answering the door and going outside of a safe space.... Ughh. The way the FL is written is really irritating. 3 episodes left. Smh. Lets see where this leads.
On the fence on how this is tracking. However, there is something up with the FL even though I believe her feelings for the ML are real. Now that the ML seems to realize that the culprit is not the FL then he can be free in his feelings. But isn't he a rich heir? Why is he still working for her? the depth of his character seems to be lacking compared to how it was initially presented. 24 episodes...we'll see.

I think it was a violent physical trauma event when she was young. So, she gets triggered by men. (supposedly) But she was surprised that she doesn't get that feeling with the ML... which would probably explain how a possible one-nightstand could happen with him. And he is the only one who can touch her intimately even casually. But also, when she was drunk, she wasn't that 'aware' .. Notice when she is sober she still has moments of hesitation even when she wants it.

This is a cute series. Heavy on the CGI and backstory of firefighters and safety which is great. The slow-burn romance makes sense. This is similar to 'Date with the Future' in a lot of ways. We are at episode 14 and he has saved her how many times? And the other firefighter has a crush on a doctor. All of it is cute and Wang playing a 'harda$$' is enjoyable as well. It will be interesting to see how the chemistry and romance lands in this one.

Yeah, I know. But I think it was more., the parents don't want to be deceived like her cousin was thinking that she was marrying into money and married into debt. They ended up having to tell the truth anyway. LOL This series is cute. So far so good.
I like how this series is tracking. It will be interesting how they progress and navigate the distraction to come. Not understanding why, she would lie about his title to her parents. It just would cause more misunderstanding later on. We will see how this goes.

Exactly! It could have been so much better if they kept the leads as strong independent people that come together (with chemistry). And have them bit by bit find out about the previous cheating from their former lovers, then a little (not a lot) of parent conflict. DNA dilemma, see if their connection is true, commit, wedding and the end...Would have been much better.

I suffered through the whole thing so that I could be clear on the review I gave. It was like they totally changed the dynamic of the leads once they were together. So much was overkill. And the chemistry did not exist between the leads. Not a fan at all
