Basically AE notices Chiaki got aroused from him giving the piercing and gives him a hand job. Then follows the bit we saw with AE moving in for the rejected kiss. Other missed NC scene was AE's dream where Chiaki was riding him and sucking his fingers. When Chiaki later puts the plaster and hand cream on Enaga in his apartment, he sits astride his legs which reminds him of the dream. Hope that helps 😊
