Because someone wrote to me below that in Korea you can file a defamation complaint even if it is true, I would…
Thank you for breaking down Article 307. Your explanation highlights the critical distinction between the two paragraphs and why KSH’s defamation complaint under paragraph 2 is significant. The fact that he’s pushing for forensic expertise shows his confidence in proving the allegations are false. It’s reassuring to see him take such a proactive stance to clear his name with hard evidence, not just words.
A storm is brewing in South Korea, not in the skies, but in its laws. https://x.com/Londonvoting2/status/1953064308021043570 https://n.news.naver.com/article/421/0008414370?s=08 On August 6, 2025, Representative Jeon Yong‑gi of the Democratic Party of Korea introduced a landmark amendment to the Information and Communications Network Act. This isn’t mere legal reform,it’s a turning point for combating cyber wreckers and defamation profiteers.
For far too long, individuals known as “cyber wreckers” have exploited social media platforms, spreading falsehoods and monetizing slander. They have made profits by destroying lives through fabrications. The current system provided only minimal consequences, until now.
This amendment would empower courts to award punitive damages of up to five times the amount of actual harm inflicted. By targeting the profit structure that fuels defamation, the bill aims to dismantle the economic incentive behind these malicious acts. In the words of Rep. Jeon,
"Only by eliminating the very structure through which illegal profit is made can we eliminate the motivation for crime."
What It Means for Kim Soo Hyun,
For months, Kim Soo Hyun has endured relentless false claims, disinformation, and character attacks, often amplified by those seeking views and clicks. He responded not with anger or public confrontation, but through measured legal channels, trusting in truth and procedure.
Now, this legislative shift turns the tide in his favor. What once felt like a personal struggle is evolving into systemic accountability. The amendment acknowledges that the damage he,and others, have suffered is not mere rumor but a criminal issue with real consequences.
Kim Soo Hyun’s case has exposed the systemic vulnerabilities that allowed cyberbullying to thrive unchecked. Thanks to lawmakers like Rep. Jeon, those vulnerabilities are beginning to close. The law is approaching the scale of the harm, and those who profit from pain can no longer hide behind anonymity.
To Cyber Wreckers,
Your era of hiding in the shadows for clicks and revenue is coming to an end. The law now wields the power to penalize not just the act, but the motive behind it.
To Kim Soo Hyun & His Supporters:
You stayed silent when it counted not out of fear, but out of dignity. You allowed truth to emerge in the courtroom, not the comments section. And now, the law finally catches up.
K‑dramas are facing a new identity crisis in 2025. Once unstoppable in domestic viewership, many high‑budget, star‑studded dramas now struggle to even hit 1% ratings in South Korea. These flops aren’t just about weak scripts, they’re symptoms of a cultural shift driven by public fatigue over bullying controversies and manipulation scandals.
Consider these recent headlines: “Pump Up the Healthy Love” hovered at 1.1%, despite casting known idols in a lighthearted romance. “When the Stars Gossip”, with top actors and a space‑station premise, nosedived after cutting to 1% ratings by episode 5. Why such disconnect? Because scandals, both real and alleged, are shaking public trust in the industry.
Bullying Accusations vs. K‑drama Ratings Take the case of Go Min Si, the lead actress in Tastefully Yours. She became embroiled in school bullying allegations during the show’s hype. Although her agency denied the claims, her reputation took a hit leading to her being quietly dropped from a major upcoming series.
These sorts of controversies are no longer sidebars, they directly affect: Audience trust in casts and creators Dramas’ ability to build emotional resonance and loyalty Overall viewer retention beyond debut episodes It appears Korean viewers are growing wary. If an actor’s moral standing is unclear, fans simply stop watching.
Why This Matters for Kim Soo‑hyun This pattern is deeply relevant to ongoing campaigns supporting Kim Soo hyun, who faces fabricated allegations manipulated by AI deep‑voice technology. The public’s patience is running thin with stories built on lies.
Just as Go Min Si’s allegations silent‑hit her project, false allegations against Soo‑hyun threaten not just his image, but the faith audiences place in media.
Final Thought. The decline of K‑drama viewership isn’t just about shifting tastes,it’s about accountability. Scandals erode trust. And with trust, the emotional bond between viewers, characters, and creators frays.
If the industry wants to rebuild, it must confront manipulation, misinformation, and bullying, and hold those who spread them legally and ethically responsible.

😂😂“Saseasng” typo flop? That toothless hater’s KSH moonlight chase crashed in 2017. Yapping alone, their sad stage is empty - nobody cares! No wonder the fandom’s shining. 👇
KIM SAE-RON’S MOTHER SUFFERS FACIAL PARALYSIS AFTER BRINGING GLOBAL SHAME TO HER DAUGHTER’S NAME https://x.com/BigSis9ja/status/1953187190126854150 In the soap opera of real life, nothing screams poetic irony quite like the alleged facial paralysis of Kim Sae-ron’s mother—supposedly triggered by the public backlash that followed one of the most disgraceful smear campaigns the internet has seen in years.
According to a conveniently timed post now making rounds on social media, Mrs. Sae-ron is reportedly suffering from “facial nerve paralysis” due to stress—caused not just by her daughter’s tragic death, but by the explosive fallout over the AI-generated audio she helped push to frame Kim Soo Hyun in a fake underage scandal.
Yes, you read that right. The same family that tried to drag a scandal-free actor into the mud using a doctored voice clip and a well-staged press conference is now flipping the script—claiming victimhood and even suggesting that Soo Hyun “wants to harm the entire family.” The man hasn’t said a word publicly. His lawyers, however, are doing plenty.
But netizens? They’re not falling for it. If anything, the court of public opinion is demanding tougher questions: “Why disgrace your own daughter’s memory for views and hush money?”
Critics argue that Kim Sae-ron’s already complicated legacy is being shredded—not by haters, but by her own family’s shameless attempts to weaponize her death. What could’ve been a respectful grieving period has turned into a circus of lies, lawsuits, and now, mysterious nerve disorders.
Legal experts are unbothered by the sob story. “Stress isn’t a defense when you’re peddling AI lies and defamation,” one attorney commented. “You don’t get to smear a man’s name then collapse when it doesn’t go your way.”
As legal proceedings intensify, one thing is becoming crystal clear: Karma doesn’t miss. She just waits for her cue—then spins the block and paralyzes your reputation.
When Defamation Boomerangs: Kim Sae-ron’s Ally Claims Her Mother Faced Reality-Induced Stress After Financially Blackmailing Kim Soo Hyun https://x.com/BigSis9ja/status/1953257264866799938 In a last-ditch attempt to revive public sympathy, a vocal Kim Sae-ron defender has tossed the late actress’s mother’s health into the discourse, claiming she now suffers from facial nerve paralysis—due to stress from her daughter’s death and, of course, the “torment” of Kim Soo Hyun.
One wonders if they didn't anticipate the consequences of false allegations. Anyone would be stressed if facing a 12 Billion Won lawsuit for accusing an innocent man.
Yes, apparently the man who hasn’t said a public word throughout this entire ordeal is now being blamed for everything short of global warming.
The post also cited trauma, Bell’s palsy, and emotional collapse from seeing Kim Sae-ron “ostracized” and “driven to suicide.” But here's the kicker: this same family willingly handed over private photos of Sae-ron to Garo Sero Research Institute, co-signing their AI-forged audio and conspiracy-filled circus aimed at destroying Kim Soo Hyun’s spotless reputation.
After months of silence while their daughter’s legacy was twisted into blackmail bait, the family is now facing consequences—not in court, but through public backlash and, reportedly, stressful health consequences of stressing an innocent man.
So what do we really have here? A family that participated in defamation, attempted to financially extort an innocent actor, and is now crying foul when the world doesn’t clap for the performance.
The most recent claim—that Soo Hyun wants to “harm the whole family”—isn’t just absurd, it’s legally actionable. And with lawsuits already piling up, no amount of medical drama will distract from the facts.
Because this stopped being about grief the moment it became a monetized smear campaign. No more pity party. The world sees the truth now.
Justice isn’t blind—and it certainly isn’t paralyzed. It’s on the move.
Hi ! Because everything started with some wild and unverified accusations we posted things about all those involved…
Np. Because the lawsuits take some time to start we are currently discussing the decline of the cyberwreckers (Garosero and Kwon the Frog), the family is in hiding and the new laws in Korea that allow artists to defend themselves better in the future. If you have questions feel free to ask anytime.
God of Business made some predictions. He said he won't pay for the President's lawsuit, it will be suspended or so, but the next ones will bring him down. I'm very curious if he will be in jail by the time he faces KSH. KSH's lawsuit is not the next in line.
I believe Kim Soo-hyun’s legal team acted with foresight in securing precautionary measures over some of Kim…
Say no more. I am satisfied. As for the lawyer, I understand he's Gar0zero's lawyer which was recommended by the Frog in the first place. They did a lot of wrong moves but it was clear it was all planned so it was only natural to follow the plan. I know you feel more lenient towards them. Unfortunately, I can't.
A crushing rejection, a devastated girl, the love for music. Defiance, ambition, identity and the rain. And then his response, from a distance. Magical ! The bond was created. And then...
I don’t think this drama intended to show anything but make the viewer feel. It seems messy ? It should be. As messy as they both were. It reflected the chaotic, passionate world of music and the characters’ inner lives. Its priority was emotional resonance over straightforward narrative exposition. Somehow it reminded me of Whiplash.
Deep, intense, playful, creative, obsessive, vulnerable, magnetic, charismatic, emotional, ethereal, immersive, authentic, commanding, raw, real, elevating, complex, fluid, soulful, unforgettable. This is Takeru Satoh as a complex, tortured genius and flawed human grappling with mortality and legacy. His sound was the only one I needed to hear.
I was reading that the last time he made a promise to "hunt" aka keep an eye on the President's mandate. Something like a promise to the nation. Sweet Lord...he is so pathetic. He is cornered from everywhere. And at work he has God of Business breathing down his neck with accounting papers. Nothing looks good for him. Soon he will lose his work as well.
I believe Kim Soo-hyun’s legal team acted with foresight in securing precautionary measures over some of Kim…
The strategy of securing assets was perfect. Someone must pay those advertisers. And we know very well how Garosero dodges everything, from police summons to defamatory content despite court rulings. Clearly he would have done everything possible to evade financial penalties. So many cases against him and frog...the day of judgement is near. Ohh! How they underestimated KSH ! We are so close for massive humiliation. I wonder how many years of jail will he get. But most of all, I wonder if the family will get jail time. Sunny..pls tell me there's a high chance for that.
REMEMBER KWON THE 🐸 ? HE STARTED ASKING FOR PRAYERS 😂😂 Amidst Triple Deck Legal Woes Kwon Young-chan Begs Kim Sae Ron Supporters For Prayers Since They Are Too Poor To Send Donations https://x.com/BigSis9ja/status/1952436867992858864 In a not surprising turn of events, controversial YouTuber Kwon Young-chan has taken to livestreams not to spread more speculative content—but to ask his dwindling fanbase for prayers. The reason? Mounting legal battles and not enough super chats to fund them.
Once known for his bold accusations and viral conspiracy-laden videos, Kwon now appears to be facing the consequences of his own content. During today's broadcast, he admitted he’s struggling to fund his legal defense, asking fans to pray for him since—by his own admission—they’re too broke to send donations.
Currently, his videos are averaging around 1,000 views—a far cry from the viral numbers he once boasted. Observers suggest the viewership now mostly consists of curious onlookers tracking the fallout, or individuals monitoring his content for potential defamation-related evidence. As one amused viewer put it, “It’s me and 999 people collecting receipts for court.”
Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun, the actor at the center of Kwon’s most damaging allegations, has remained silent throughout the ordeal. That silence, coupled with organized fan investigations and legal action, has only served to strengthen his position.
While Kwon’s platform shrinks and lawsuits multiply, it seems public sentiment has flipped. And now, instead of super chats, he’s banking on divine intervention.
can anyone explain what's going on in these comments thanks
Hi ! Because everything started with some wild and unverified accusations we posted things about all those involved in the process and their statements.
