I felt the series would have been better if it was shorter.. Kinda felt like the main lead's story was over around EP10, and the rest of it was just stretched. Because after EP10, a few episodes were completely about the second leads.
The best love story is actually between Big Sister and Director, the way their story went was more interesting than almost every other story that was told.
Finished this in a day, what a watch.. Brilliant acting by Woo Shik & Suk Ku.. No unnecessary romance from any angle, pure thrill and madness. No drama since Strangers from Hell has given me this type of madness.
So far the best drama i have watched this year!
Would love to see a S2, I would predict it would have a bigger role for the profiler..
Why is the drama rated so low.. ? People expect too much from rom-coms.. It's meant to be a carefree, easy, light hearted watch, and that's exactly what it is. The goofiness is the highlight, it's stupid, and somethings don't make sense, but it was made to not make sense.
If i want to watch something heavy, i would watch a melo drama, thriller or something crime related, in between i need to balance it, so i need this type of dramas, it was perfect.
PS: Why does the FL sometimes look like Yuna from ITZY?
Okay but why did they end it like that?? Why no explanation to what had happened to Jinman? What about Bale?
From the start i knew Jinman wouldn't die.. Seeing how high tech they were he probably had taken something to fool everyone. He said he needed a long term plan. Which means a plan which would pull out the potential of her niece, and make her accept her role willingly, and also bring out all of his enemies in one place so he can finish them once and for all. Season 2 will be a fight between them and Babylon upper hierarchy who put the bounty and final battle with Bale.
The Visa was clearly a joke. ML has always been portrayed as being the best at what he does, for sure he is going…
Everything @Drama watcher is talking about is going over my head lol.. Because none of the things he is talking about was significant enough to remember or related to the story..
I don't even remember the joke he is talking about, 90% of the things are stuff he is just implying or imagined in his head without actually watching the show.
I think there is no KDrama which shows anything sexual except some recent Netflix shows.. even when they go intimate it goes upto a certain level and the rest if just left for implication.
The Visa was clearly a joke. ML has always been portrayed as being the best at what he does, for sure he is going…
Did you actually watch the series or just short videos?
The ML never accepted what his mother wanted, he is completely against her, but has no choice because his mother is going to sue him. Hence he has no choice but to travel to US to battle against her in a legal case.
There is only 2 outcomes from this: 1. FL gives up everything and travels with him. 2. They maintain a healthy long distance relationship until the case is settled.
There is no third option here.
I don't even understand which bed scene you are talking about, sleeping together in the same cloths is normal, because they were actually just sleeping together maybe.
I finally finished it. They really didn't end the drama with this " follow me on your own or alone follow me."So…
The Visa was clearly a joke. ML has always been portrayed as being the best at what he does, for sure he is going to win against his mother and come back as he promised.
A few months where they live apart, where she can go back and forth, is it really a bad ending?
The 2ML ending? Are you referring to Bang Jun Ho or Hye Ji? It was clear BJH would prioritize his writing over anything, at the ending also he is shown just doing that only.
Very interesting watch, the time travelling was done nicely, obviously there would be some loopholes in every time traveling setup.. The acting was good, enough emotions to keep the plot going.. Nice character developments.. Definitely recommended! 9/10!
Other than being able to guess the husband would likely cheat with FL's sis (not real sis) on the first episode itself, It wasn't bad.. Good acting by FL, Emotional Story, but draggy at times.
Was a bit off with the prediction tho..
I imagined Sis was inside when she came back, FL actually closed the door for real, sis escaped and left the door open by mistake, the kid got out and killed. I imagined that eventually FL would find out via the neighbor that husband cheated on with Sis, but also left the door open and was ultimately responsible for the death of her kid... Perhaps the imagination was a bit too dark lol
I will be completely honest, the younger brother of FL had sadder scenes than the main leads. When he realized…
Yes, definitely.. Seen her in quite a lot of tiny roles over the years.. This one probably is one of the significant ones, hope she is able to build on this and do well in future...
Just because someone called something, "Overrated" or "over hyped", doesn't mean the person has no taste. it simply…
Go back and read the whole convo.. You are the one who is talking about loosing in a convo.. I never thought it was about winning or loosing.
Maybe in your dictionary pissed and triggered has different meanings, which I never was, as I was stating an opinion only.
Seeing how you are calling them My Girls, I can only see how 'obsessive' you probably are with what you like, again in no way was I attacking them, I never doubted their fame, and I personally like their music and has followed them since their debut.
Almost every reply (except the SongKang person) in your thread, replied to you politely stating what they think, but you are actually the one who is getting 'triggered' and feeling attacked, and trying to defend something aggressively, when no one is even arguing here.

One of the moments where I am genuinely curious of what age the person i am trying to explain is.. Then again you have 'obsessed' in your name, so maybe you over like things often.. Being a fan of Le Sserafim, I can only imagine how your arguments would be on X, if you have an account there..
Calling something overrated and over hyped does not mean it's denying the success of it. The success is decided…
Not really, in my honest opinion.. I loved the acting by the cast, the production was massive, the OST was good, but the plot was weak and too predictable at times. After this if I see people still calling it 10/10, well in their mind they probably feel it was perfect, which is alright. But I have the right to say in my POV, that person is rating this drama too highly.. But that's not accusing anyone, it's just stating an opinion.

For example, If i see people going crazy over something which I didn't like or I see flaws in, would i not call it over rated or over hyped? What other word are we supposed to use in this case? Not referring to just drama, but in general.

8/10, one time watch.

Im Se Mi is so eye catching in every role tho..
This one probably is one of the significant ones, hope she is able to build on this and do well in future...
