Yes to #8…it’s been so funny how everyone has criticized Book, he’s been great in this character since the beginning…he is playing a role! In the context of the show Mew is normal guy with a modicum of standards where his other friends are ratchet lol..even a good or nice person can be pushed too far.. unlike many I still don’t think he’s a manipulator or crazy….at the end of this ep…we simply know he’s not taking any S**t from anyone else…

Lol says who ? Gay men aren’t always strictly Top or Bottom…many are versatile.. perhaps one of my biggest issues with BLs that stereotype that if 2 men are together one is or has to be passive and the other dominant..or 2 guys that are more affectionate would be the bottoms. At least in the real world “masculine “ appearing guys can and do couple up. Or the continuous “female coding” of whoever the passive or bottom character would be… but the sexual position doesn’t automatically denote the characters behavior, as we are, in these cases talking about 2 guys. I think also it’s a catch 22 in BLs as the actors are coupled together in multiple series together a lot of fans only see them one way which doesn’t allow for much room for the actors to grow. With different actors there will be different sensibilities and chemistry. I’m just saying could totally see the coupling switched. Haha

Perhaps …it’s also the “energy” vibe chemistry Yi/Lian and Kuea /Khondiao felt more on track to me actually when I first saw CP.

I feel you but he literally is the only grounded person in this whole messed up, warped ,toxic group of people. Seemingly at least so far the only one with an ethical compass but perhaps that seems boring compared to everyone else’s behavior. If his character wasn’t in the show I think there would be no “normal” anchor. Though not as clean cut Sand would be the next decent person lol

Cracks me up how we’re treating a 25yr like he’s a teenager…beyond a term of endearment. And just to ruffle feathers the chemistry between Kon Diao and Kuea is so good even in Cutie Pie..so could definitely go for and believe Kuea -Khondiao as a couple….and I could totally see a hot pairing of Yi-Lian in a more real life situation adult BL …as they come off as “acting” in this and CP. That said I’m enjoying this so far more than CP

Yes for what we have been shown…he definitely doesn’t care about Mew as a friend…ton def has some demons that is far beyond jealousy it’ll be interesting to see if he has a change in decency or if he’ll be rotten till the end.

I’ve read almost everyone s comments…but going by what has actually been shown “not what we think/imagine or want to see” Mew has been on the straight and narrow…. which might be the reason people keep saying he’s boring or up to something (kinda like reverse shaming for not being a ho lol) especially considering all the other characters…I’m open to him having a hidden secret or something but up to this point he’s just been the average guy who is not trying to sleep with his best friend and is not trying to just sleep with any random person. That’s not manipulation…that’s having standards! But if he pulls out a dark secret that would be fun to add to the drama!

Nat as Nawin was amazing, honestly I fell in love with him in OH MY SUNSHINE NIGHT… not only is he extremely handsome but even as a guest star he had so much presence (which can’t be taught) and P’THEE is just dreamy !…and in the end I loved they get to be together, I really liked this cast…and I could watch Jam all day…but I digress..though I like the occasional collegiate BL scenario I really love the realness of the more adult or in-the-real -world scenario. I look forward to whatever the next one is.

That is pretty much the best redeeming value of this show! That they actually act and behave like 2 guys into one another without a random back tracking, female coding or false stop and starts about their relationship..even if Charn is still warped..but I digress!
