And i thought this show couldnt get any worse... what a monstrosity this show has been. Pacing was totally off, Queen mother suddenly an angel and PM Min a total demon? what even is his basis for turning evil? his non-existent childhood love story? He has no basis to be evil at all. One of the worst written villains in kdrama history, total joke.

the prime minister's character is utter trash... bruh if you liked the girl since sch, why did u lose contact with her for years and the minute she wants to marry the grand prince, you suddenly love her to death and want her to yourself??? and bruh who gave you the right to frame ppl and attempt to KILL the grand prince ALL COS OF UR CRUSH THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE??????? SRSLY LAME PLOT CANT THE WRITERS THINK OF STH ELSE MORE REFRESHING???

i feel like this drama should be 14 to 16 eps long instead... not enough time for the scenes to be fully fleshed out :(

Rightfully said I feel the same way!! I felt the romance between the main leads took a back seat from ep 28 onwards... alot of useless scenes for the other characters that could have been shorter..

Gosh im wondering how im gonna move on from this, none of the other actors seem to be able to compare T.T

i personally preferred this over when destiny brings demon! Both dramas have equally lovey dovey scenes but, i found the acting in destiny brings demon to be more awkward and the romance scenes abit unnatural or random at times. But this is just my personal take! Shadow love is currently the best cdrama for me this year :)

Are there any other dramas similar to this pls? T.T Im in a slump :( i love the ML and FL's characters so much. And i love how the misunderstandings are not dragged out. The romance and plots are both nicely balanced. I prefer this drama much more than the "When destiny brings demon".
