Hats off to Lee Sung Jae and Seo Ji Hye for some outstanding acting on Episode 5.They both made me cry in this…
That drunk scene when Nam Chul talked back at this Father in Law. Bravo! Even if he cheats with Eun San. I will support him for that. He deserves someone to care for him. Sorry please do not throw stones at me :)
EK finally punching the crap out of TG only to rush to him in the end when he called her. Then there's the issue of bad mouthing BD about the guys she dated in Italy. Oh EK what should we do with you. But I still cannot afford to hate EK because it's my love SJH :)
Hats off to Lee Sung Jae and Seo Ji Hye for some outstanding acting on Episode 5. They both made me cry in this episode.
My favorite part is still Eun San. Jung Yoo Min is also doing some serious acting in Red Balloon. I love Eun San's spunk JYM deserve to finally have lead roles
Is this drama worth watching? In case if its related to some revenge I'm so into it ㅋㅋㅋ
No not Revenge. More of like a Family Melo Drama with the possible extra marital affair elements which is not yet manifested in Episodes 1-4. Everyone has their own Personal Preference. If you like dramas like TWOTM then it is worth a try. ( I was not into those genre but manage to finished it) For me I still recommend it. Just be prepared for a roller coaster of emotions ride.
20 minutes into ep 2 and Eun Gang still doesn't get it. He is not that into you!! Ahh , this is going to be painful…
Be Warned Eun Kang’s boyfriend situation is not going to get any better in Episodes 3-4 However, that can change in the next episodes based on the previews
I don't mind the infidelity theme, as people change, feelings change with time and circumstances. What I don't…
Based on the previews, EK might not be with her jerky BF of hers in the next episodes. As you said, people’s feelings change. And I hope that will happen soon.
Thanks for the heads up. I tried both of the series you mention and they were just not my cup of tea . The infidelity/…
I see. Just a heads-up, the infidelity plot is not fully realized yet. So the story may gear away from that. Though the writer is known for this kinds of plot.

Red Balloon would have more buzz if it was available on Netflix outside of SK. Unfortunately, some people who only had Netflix subscription and streaming sites not available on their region ended up watching it on 3rd party sites
hopefully we don't have to see EK's piece of sht bf for all of the next 17 episodes
There was a scene in one of the preview showing Tae Gi being punched by Eun San, Eun Kang and her family. I am very looking forward to that scene at 0:18 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hw4H4bHHwpo
I totally understand the frustration on the flawed characters in RB As someone mentioned, if you are not into very Heavy, Intense story, then this is not for you. (“Love, Divorce and Marriage” and “The World of the Married” had the same infidelity plot and yet were massive hits) We were given a heads up of the writer’s style of writing her characters so I expected this roller coaster of emotions before I started watching While a drama needs to be enjoyable and stress free to watch, Red Balloon is intriguing enough for me to watch and want to see more of. Will wait and hold on for the next episodes
Some movies about extra marital affairs that are critically acclaimed: “In the Mood for Love”, “Lost in Translation” “The Bridges of Madison County” and the classic “An Affair to Remember” (Note: Plots are different from RB)
Watching because of Seo Ji Hye. Really like her, but boring so far. Also do not like the typical mothers so far.…
That’s how I felt when I first started watching “The World of the Married”. A similar drama with infidelity elements. I watched it because it had so much Hype as CLOY had. I found it slow the first 1-4 episodes, I also did not know who the actors were but ended up watching till the end. I will wait for the next episodes but I am fully invested on this show mainly because of SJH whom I became a big fan of after watching her in CLOY.
I want to to slap both Eun Kang and Tae Ki Eun Kang to get her out her of her senses. Tae Ki for being a Douche. Why does Eun Kang desperately want to marry a good for nothing guy or even want be with him for freaking 4 years? He is a loser. She deserves someone better. If the writer does not give Eun Kang a character development in the next few episodes, I will be pissed
I like how Eun San is softening up and slowly being nice to Nam Chul. Their dynamics in this episode were way better than the others. Though I have a feeling she will slowly develop feelings for him.
On a side note, the pool scene at the beginning of Episode 2. So hot. How can TK resist a woman like EK. She's dowdy yet attractive. Or maybe because I am looking at SJH.
Please do watch :)

Totally different as the cold Seo Dan in CLOY.
I can't help but sympathize instead of hating Eun Kang
