Yeah, and you can tell the director doesnāt seem to know what heās doing š Itās not a plot issue or a character development issue, so I donāt need more episodes to see that this project lacks better directing and/or editing. I suspected from the trailer that this drama is confused about its own genre but oh well. Maybe there will be a good Korean dramedy one day
I was trying to figure out why I canāt seem to get into this drama or the character even though I quite like the actors. And my biggest problem with this drama is that it canāt seem to decide whether it wants to be a comedy or a tragedy. One drama can be both, of course, but not at the same exact moment. A director would have to be a true master to balance the two. But in Queen on Tears the supposed emotional scenes lack impact and donāt make you feel.. well.. anything because you canāt quite figure out if what the characters say and feel should even be taken seriously. Should you feel bad for them of brush it off as a joke. And you can tell the actors have a hard time figuring this out too. Maybe I was expecting to much from a romantic kdrama lol I think it might have worked with a different director who knows what heās doing and how to balance the contrasting emotional tones. But I will be skipping this one, sorry. Sadly, it feels like a failed dramedy attempt
Every country has a dark period in their history, but China saw darkness for 15 years, everything was crushed,…
You are clearly on the wrong website ti be typing all this racist stuff lol Every drama and movie ever made (and yes, even Marvel films , imagine that) are propaganda in one way or another since they are produced by a specific country. Deal with it
Please, go watch kdramas and leave this drama alone. Thanks!
