It's definitely a good watch but I agree it's overrated. It started off really good but kinda fell off after the ep 26ish mark.

I heard there's a decent-ish recap, I really hope it's enough because I don't want to go back and rewatch PA now.

Honestly, as long as they keep the romance clean, I don't really mind age gaps. I like both the leads from different dramas and was really looking forward to this one. I understand why some people would be uncomfortable with age gaps but actresses like HTT and AM have literally worked their way up from supporting and guest roles to having main roles now and I don't think it's fair to penalize their hard work just because they are young. They have been in the industry for a while and as long the professionalism is maintained during production from everyone, I think I'm good to go.

I don't remember them mentioning any specific way to kill the Moonless Sect foxes but just that they need to take their remains (like hair, bones, and something else I forgot) and dump them in their spiritual lake (?) to be reborn.

I was really hoping this was a remake since I didn't watch Princess Agents but was looking forward to this one. Still going to give this a try though.

Most likely, though his death will probably be a willing sacrifice at some point. Honestly, I saw the death flags on all four of them ever since they first appeared, but Bai Ze's one is going to hurt 😭

Not trying to change your mind or anything but just saying that you stopped watching before Joseph's character had time to grow. You simply cannot expect to see substantial character growth in just 6 episodes when they are barely laying the ground for the main story. Currently at ep 16 and his character is on the path to potentially becoming the most powerful character in this drama.

Ikr, they should really create a separate genre tag for Xianxia and Xuanhuan. So many dramas are misclassified because all the dramas are just tagged as Wuxia.

More like Xuanhuan but the genres do be overlapping a lot.

Also, ngl but that scene reminded me of Ying Lei and his grandfather.

Better is relative. If you like straightforward and uncomplicated stories and are unwillingly to stress your brain, I think VoS might just not be for you, as the twists are only starting.
