I searched Fusheng's weibo page and the promotion lines are:
- "A fleeting life in a cup, silently waiting for the thousand-year bond between you and me" (杯中浮生，静候你我千年羁绊).
- ""When the clock stands still, can this cup of Fusheng tea put an end to your thousand-year obsession?" (当时钟停摆，这一盏浮生茶，可否了却你千年的执念？)
- "The little shop never stops, welcoming guests coming and going, each carrying hidden stories of the past. A thousand years of fleeting life, all unraveled in a single cup of clear tea." (小店不停，迎来送往，皆有旧事暗藏。千年浮生，一盏清茶，解开万般执念。)
There is no mention of love. The thousand-year bond is actually suitable

The bond between Cangzhu and Sha Luo in Xianxia can not count as love yet since Sha Luo is just a tree that can only move its branches a bit to entertain Cangzhu, haha

Have you not read my spoilers? Haha, how can Ao Chi's and Sha Luo's love be a thousand years when Cangzhu was already dead in the Xianxia period, and they first met in human form during the Republican era? I like this chance, because in the novel their love was already established and only told bit by bit through flashbacks, which is impossible to make into a drama.

"A Love That Has Remained Unchanged For a Thousand Years" -> where is the tagline? Because it's only suitable for Ao Chi and Sha Luo in the novel, not drama (their love is just about almost a hundred year at the end of the drama). I won't count the time when Sha Lou with Cangzhu since Sha Luo is not yet in human form.

After the filming is done, I will share parts of the script that I feel like are being cut down/ not being filmed. Ah, my poor Dragon Tree CP ;_;

For me, the director's issue is not big because I believe Overdo has more problems other than directing. What brings down my expectation is that I love the script, especially the romance, but it seems like the filming doesn't cover all of it and cuts down the romance. It's disheartening. My favorite Ao Chi's lines/quotes from the Tang Dynasty hasn't been filmed yet. If they're not in the drama, I will be heartbroken

I don’t know anything beyond the leaked script, but based on what I’ve observed, there are a lot of scenes between Sha Lou and Ao Chi in the script that haven’t been filmed yet. However, given the current schedule, I don’t think they’ll be able to film all of them, so I suspect they might cut down on the romance. I won’t keep my expectations too high anymore to avoid disappointment

Yeah, my expectations have hit a new low too. But if I just focus on Ao Chi, there’s still something to look forward to. So I’ll keep waiting for this drama

I think the most beautiful and angsty part of Fusheng is the period after they come back from Warring State and before the final arc. So beautiful and heartbreaking, I really look forward to the acting of both CZY and WCR in this period. This arc, if done well will break viewers' hearts so bad

Yeah, they time-travel to three different eras, but you can just treat it as moving to another dimension. The eras they visit are parallel universes, so, for example, Shalou won't meet her past self in those eras because they're different universes. This avoids any timeline loopholes

Princess (who was a female warrior god in the past) had a mission to kill Cangzhu, but he was much stronger than her, so it became her obsession to beat him once. Cangzhu also saved her once before his death thanks to one part of Kunlun jade, which is Cangzhu's dragon heart (in the Xianxia era).

In the Song Dynasty, Cang Hui and the princess's story is quite simple. She creates multi-straw puppets to be prince consorts based on Cangzhu's image to avoid marriage pursuits, and Canghui is the most successful one because she uses one dragon scale from Cangzhu (she got it at one of their battles). Canghui has one-sided love for the princess, so when Ao Chi appeared (since he is the real one, a human, not a straw puppet like him), he was jealous and did some bad things.

When the princess returned the Kunlun jade piece to Ao Chi, she died/vanish. Canghui chose to died/vanish too

They changed the setting for Ao Chi and Zi Miao a bit. The one who made Sha Lou able to take human form is Ao Chi (that tree is also one Cangzhu grew from seed). Zi Miao just took advantage of Cangzhu's death to become Sha Lou's master and accompany her for thousands of years

The conection is they are finding all part of Kunlun jade which is Ao Chi's heart. When i search keyword for the name of male and female lead. Sha Lou appear the most then Ao Chi.

Not God of Water like the novel, but mussel demon but he still has water-related power. He self-destructed (by detonating his body and releasing a colossal surge of energy) in an attempt to drag Sha Lou down with him

Yeah, she will find out about it later and cut ties with him. Actually, she had already cut ties with him before she and Ao Chi got engaged, but ZM just continued with his villainous deeds. After the Warring States arc, ZM harmed Ao Chi and Sha Lou one more time, then he was gone, returning to his original form as a mussel
