I know this is more of a sismance but how strong is the romance between the leads?
They are my favorite cp this year. About acting: Good banter/bickering and natural skipship, about characters: soulmate type cp.

I'm on ep 18, other than Gu Qian Fan and Ou Yang Xu are there any other guys who will fall in love with Zhao Pan…
Chi Ya Nei might have some slight crush on Paner later but not serious

Tf does that mean! She get this drama going without her amazing acting this drama might not be worth watching…
And I don't know what is "the forced feminist message". The women in this drama are trying their best to be independent but not a loner. They still receive help and help others (both men and women) at the same time. They are not trying to give a message "Men are bad" or something.

Yes, LYF did a very good job in MengHualu (I haven't watched her in anything aside MHL so I will just say about her acting as ZPE, and it's good). Zhao Paner's character also fit her temperament. So saying the worst casting is definitely a hateful speaking

The way the whole comment section is collectively saying how the “last 13 episodes” or “episodes 27 and…
It's not that bad. The loveline takes a backseat at later half (which is kinds of disappointed for me also). The editing is also kind of messy at couple last eps. But it's not bad. It's not like the character's setting are collapsed or illogical plot or anything.

is ADOS have good happy ending? i meant not only 5 minutes happy ending?
I think ADOS is not a serie to solve big problem/mystery at the end but a journey to know characters and their growth. So the ending dont give you a grand vibe or happy ever after. Of course, most end on the happy note. And understand the characters enough that I know and hope they can overcome even harder obstacles.

is this chen xiao’s real voice? sometimes it sounds like it, and sometimes it doesn’t.
It's his voice. Majority parts were recorded live but there are some places were duded later so it sounded a little different.

Do not need to mention skinship scenes. While rewatching I find all OTP's conversations are super satisfying scenes, and the longer the better. And that makes the deteled "sitting on lap" scene even more regretful for me. I want to know what they talked to each other about.

When does this start getting interesting? I'm in the middle of episode 4 and quite bored.
then i think it might not your cup of tea. The first arc (1st 6 eps, before they go to Bianjing) is a really good part of this drama for me.

GuPanShengHui is one of my life CPs (along with my two other K-drama cps and two Thai lakorn cps). It has been a long time since I loved and finished a Chinese drama( the last time was Hikaru no Go live-action). As a party that watched this drama primarily for OTP LOL, I was pretty sad for those six continuous eps (27-32) which have no same frame scenes of main cp LOL. But if I can put that "OTP-thirst" aside then the plot is still reasonable. There aren't any girls/women fightings in this drama made me so comfortable :D. The only downside for me is the editing (it got even worse at the later half). It really makes me want to have an uncut/uncensored or director cut version.
I will make a detailed review in the future when I have more time but here my rating:
Writing/ Plot: 8.5
Acting/Cast: 9 (The chemistry between OTP/GuPanShengHui is absolutely 10/10)
Music: 9 (BGMs: 10, OSTs: 8)
Rewatch Value: 8 (For OTP scenes: 10 :D)
Editing: 6,5
Overall Score: 10 (because it robbed my heart, very few dramas can do it)

ML's dad indirectly caused the death of FL's dad (and indirectly also led to FL being a performer/pariah)! Gist:…
i think the problem here is not that CQF fear that ZPE won't forgive him or his father but himself can not let go that feud so he did not brave enough. He still in the dimela of how to talk with FM about this problem (you can see that he try to talk to her twice but ZPE was too angry lol so he lost the spirit even more). Even when they reconciled and after that, he said twice to ZPE that he will spent the rest of his life to atone the sin. Of course, ZPE is a stronger one in their relationship, I think it's clear from beginning (ML always seek for ZPE's comfort when he face a spiritual crisis like when being betrayed or the Living Devil title issue...). Even when confirm their relationship, he is kinda slow (need a day to think clearly lol).

it's not a small matter in ancient times and ML is a person who has too high moral ground (due to the strict education of his grandfather) and also have self-destruction nature. (the struggle of being undercover with the Living Devil title, cut off tie with Qingliu when he understands their dirty nature, the dimela with his father...). A character like GQF will take it as his own sin.

a strong piece of thought came to me that it would have been much better if the FML is zhou lusi
I don't think so. Zhou lusi's acting still can not go out of her comfort zone as an innocent/bubbly/candy FM. Personally I like her appearance. Before WRTW, I have high expectation about how she can handle a strong female character (if she do well I might be her fan) but disappointed at the end. And for LYF, I think she did a very good job to portrait ZPE at ADOS.

What I love the most from WRTW (Who Rules The World) is that in the first half of the series they tell the stories…
The director said the drama will have reverse plot to the begining. I guess it means they will face the same problems as begining (the relationship is broken, tea house is down, GQF being alone and restrained again...) but now they can overcome them by different ways to show their growth as characters. It is a ricky move but also interesting creative choice for me. Just wait how story unfold.
