Both have slight romance, slice of life.
In one series , its by Neuro degenerative disorder and in another it is caused by unfortunate accident. One has memory loss element

In one series: The female lead is neurosurgeon as well as patient and also one has little mystery element.

Both are slow, slice of life series.

In both dramas, most of the hospital executives seem to be against them.
The ML /FL in both dramas are straight to the point and blunt.

Though Doctor X has much more comedy , also its drama and of course The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call (2025) has action sequences, running etc etc..

Though Kyo Kara Ore wa!! involves more comedy , action also has bit animated scenes.

Both the plots are pretty pretty good.

School setting. Delinquents . Few Fights . Good Comedy.

Both have very similar vibes, however the main plot is slightly differently. (In one series one disguises intentionally and in the other it happens accidentally in the beginning).

Very likely who enjoyed the one would enjoy other as well.

Note Korean series is emotional and seems to have melodrama.

Both are by OCN.
Both have supernatural, demons, monsters, exorcism, powerful monster. People join and face the monster.
However premises are slightly different as the guest is not confined to a island.

Both will have similar vibes, note island is in 22, so technological advances would enhance the visuals.

Both are recommended if you like the genre.

Both have similar level of gore scenes.
Cold fish is about a serial killer and project wolf hunting has many criminals who are monsters.
Also cold fish has little mature scenes.
Main diff is Wolf hunting is action packed and ColdFish is drama and bit slow.

If you like to watch gore , lots of blood, dismemberment, you can try both.

Note both are very different stories.
Similarities: Slow Burn Stories, similar vibes, slightly dark, exceellent acting.

Broker movies is about an important issue, Burning dialogues has deep philosophical meaning.

Though Burning gives similar vibes, it has a terrific ending compared to Broker. Last 30 min is intense in both the movies. (May be Burning is much more intense)

If you like Broker, you might enjoy Burning as well.

Both Awaken and Blind are mystery thrillers and give same vibes.
Awaken had some superhuman abilities if I remember accurately.
If you liked Awaken , you would try Blind, there is a good chance you would like this series as well.

Both involves investigation .
FL has supernatural ability in both the series.

However Tell Me What You Saw is much darker, and also romance aspect is almost nil. Also there is no double life of ML here.

Just thought Good job looks interesting and also has Comedy aspect. Note both are different in many aspects.

Both are Science Fiction dramas and takes place in Futuristic world .

The Silent Sea has a specific mission (Action based, has mystery), however Hoshi Shinichi series has short stories and its drama.

Recommend Hoshi Shinichi no Fushigina Fushigina Tanpen . if you like the other.

Imawa no kuni no Alice is a survival game (and action one), however Hoshi Shinichi series is not. also its a short stories and its drama.
Both takes place in Futuristic world is one similarity.
