gosh my first tai dorama and one one of my favorites! :3 I just can't understand nowdays generations who can't love this pure beautiful series o.o
it's romantic and main girl is just that type of character which we can meet often in woman's world. I liked twists and its simpliness but also twists. for me it was romantic funny a bit of bittered and good one thing to watch yourself from another angle.~

hm, I think people now are forgetting what it means atomic bomb. it's not thopic about war or tragic war stories. I am tallking about ETERNAL IMPLICATIONS that their country and people and nature suffer I am bringing up Hiroshima not because it's connected to war and all that tragic stuff blah blah, I am bringing up place where american idiots stuffed 'beautiful' atomic poison for people of Japan and not like you say european war victims etc Europe doesn't have a BIT OF such HORROR as Japan. their whole future generations are convicted on anomalies with body with bad health, with much more percent of sick people and problems with cancer and heart diseases than here where earth and air aren't contamined with that horrible thing.
it's not ridiculous and people who watch such stories halfheartedly ofcourse don't understand all means of that suffering and curse of a lifetime. that's why younger ones are fragile that's why it's like that.

because you live n safer place, that doesn't mean you can't connect to those other people living another way of life with another circumanities and backdrops on life.

it's really meningful touching painful strong and romantic story of young ones who grew up in one oridnary school. Japanese way of life thinking and loving and expressing and understanding each other and themself. it was simple and plainly beautiful at other hand it showed misses and mistakes that should correct everyone to not lead to those ugly moments in story which occured by main leads doing those things.
I don't know what's nowdays with people who can't recognize and ejoy just simple and strong stories about life and romance with amount of sadness but at end hope.

this just shows how are you ignorant. that's why you didn't enjoy nor understand this story. the kid wasn't problem at all. and going to police in Japan for violation is pretty sensitive thopic especially for young girls in school, and it's hard to prove violaton. not all are same, and japanese are really senitive about this, that's why they showed it in the story to give wrong example.

drama is great. and this is great and meaningfull story ofcourse you need to understad way more of japanese life and way of thinking to acctually get this drama and character's personalities and doings.
It's sad and painful but it teaches to reflex on all misses they did as young and as older ones too. it's not unrealistic, and japanese people fight with fragile health each day who knows how many younger ones die because of weak health, since those bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki their people can never look the same sky again. and you're really rude if you didn't understand all that watching it only from your perspective. also their yougsteers were before mature and were watching on life from this angle but they did try too hard sometimes.. You need to watch more j-drama to understad their way of life so you could get such stories. also I recommend 1stly drama to be watched and manga and the movie, but I guess you started with wrong order :P
gosh... I cried rivers over this....I am watching j-drama over 8 years, but never gave chance to this cause I thought it would be annoying sad romantic thing like korean ones that I now really can't stand anymore.. BUT I AM GLAD I WATCHED IT! gosh >_< great sad drama and actors and music and pace of drama! growing up, first love and love, mistakes and learnings, friends and strength and cowardice...but I really can't understand why didn't they try other ways of healing it beside doctors since cancer can be cured only with nature.. I wanted to jump on the screen and tell them to use Schevcenko method or Kyani.. >_< gosh... this is no good for my heart I told myself I won't watch tragedies anymore.. but it was soo.. omigosh only Japanese can do such good sad drama >_<
as for their romance and story going and actor they acted brilliant! those ho don't understand japanese life can't understand it, so this drama is for those who already watched at least 10 japanese drama, listens at least a few japanese groups or artists, reads manga and watched at least 5 anime..
it's natural slow but strong inside! that's why I like old japanese drama more since they are more natural of those nowdays too hard trying ones for right expressions..
