Yeah, westerns have a fame for being for macho men I think and most of them I suspect have a very generic plot. There is a bad guy, a good guy, a whole bunch of cattle and a showdown at noon or other shoot outs. I loved ice world. The mystery was so well woven into the emptional layer of the story it was lovely to watch. I think it was one of Takenouchi's best. Glad to hear you are anjoying it. I wonder if yiu have any guesses as to who is it :)

oh yes, there us always siething new, a different story or a different character, cast, setting, ideas. I love ideas I just watched a western not long ago, wth John Wayne. it was called Red River. A classic ancient tragedy about a father and son with some terrible wome characters but oh well, still a good ancient tragedy dressed up as a western, an emotional story unlike what I thought westerns were about.

Well after school you have some free time ;-) there are always weekends for sleeping in a little. I"m pretty busy myself :) I just finished Kim ki duk's Time. pretty good overall. By the way, did you watch a movie called 4 luni, 3 saptamâni si 2 zile" I just asked Yeona the same question but I am just wondering whether the movie lives up to the hype it seems to be getting. You know I still find it annoying that animes like SAO are popular. It make me worry for those kids who like it so much. SAO was mediocre at best and promoting some really objectionable stuff, I particylarly object to step sister being in love with her brother. I just CANNOT tolerate it. And besides that character of SAO WAS so BLAND, he had zero personality. It was verging on harem becausse every single girl in the anime was falling for him. Ridiculous. The idea was WASTED.

I will have to check it out then :) I'm not going anywhere. I'll be around MDL and then again MAL and I;m around imdb a lot but for MAL I changed password to a very very hard one and now I get lazy when I think of logging to MAL because I have to check the password every time since I wrote it down somewhere.

Hi Winnie. I'm in general in mood for movies rather than series so for the moment I just pick random movies :) I think it's a timely movie and very Korean since it takes the concept of beauty is only skin deep to a new level. It;s about this woman who is afraid her bouyfriend will get tired of her face so she takes very drastic measure. But the problem is...can changing face really change who you are? Or will it only aggravate your existing problems? I thought it pondered a very relevant issue and did so in a manner that was a little disqueiting at times, especially because the character herself is so agonizing. How are you? What are you up to these days? :)

When I asked Bokami what his favourite point and click game was he saiod cat lady. I have never heard of it before but I agree it LOOKS very dark and not sure if I want to try it... XD I DID see machinarium before but never played it. YES surreal games can be REALLY lovely. :) The graphics in machinarium are fantastic from the looks of it. what about Tiny Bang Story? That one also looks lovely. Oh and have you heard of Braid? :D

Well, it's my supervisor who is looking down on me. I can;t send the entire department to counselling :D It;s just academia is like this. Full of snobs who have forgotten that they too may have been looked down on in the past. Annoys the hell out of me. It was raining here too and I didn;t do much, just stayed at home and rested. Watched Time, which I liked. How was New World> Did you watch it yet? During the weekend I will have to clean, vaccum and pack up for the move so I:ll get busy. What about you?
