Yes, I got a little carried away. It's really heartbreaking in the first four episodes but later on well I still feel sorry for the character. I think the ending felt incomplete. I like the Chief snd I like how this drama tries to test morality of characters. I like the defending guy, he's pretty reliable! Music was well-matched indeed. Well I still intend to post that post since it would be a shame if it went to waste you put a lot of effort into it. I still need to have a look at Reply1997 though before I decide on my final decisions for this year.

weeeeelll I can't say I blame neither the doctor nor anyone else expcet for the balsted greedy politicians. Very good drama bu I remain on the edge of my seat whether or not there will be any more losses, I think enough damage has been done, time to start fixing things.

Bokami,very nice review. The story is good, very hollywood-like but good. Great cast, made things much more relatable. The first couple of episodes are particularly strong but the drama never really loses its momentum. Yes it received many awards and the lead for one definitely earned it. 16 episodes is probably the perfect episode number for such dramas. Wish there were more dramas which weren't artificially prolonged just because of ratings. Would benefit the stories more.

Bokami, this is a rhethorical question I assume :P What would a kiddie like him do in a serious drama like this, huh? it would be like prison break and then he would HAVe to have a girlfriend, probably he would hook up with that girl reporter-daughter of the murderers. besides, he wouldn;t make a convcing widower...he can't ACT. A comment on good drama said it;s similar to..daemul, honestly....it make me angry a little. there are some similar elements but this story is vastly different.

I"m sorry bokami. But this drama is already making me feel worn out. first 5 episodes and it already feels like I watched a ton of them. It's as excellent as mawang. And here I thought I wouldn't find something as good. I hope you are feeling ok.

yeah the story was really interesting, good friendship, quite real, leaves something afterwards, not just empty shell. hahaha me too! I really wonder how is THAT going to turn out. I just can't get it out of my head just how did he wind up playing ina nother gumiho drama ahaha. All that is missing is Shin Min Ah this time as the human . I hope it will be fun though. I think he may have been really disappointed at not getting an award for King2Hearts.

Ah well, I started watching Cheongdamong Alice. And while my opinion of this drama is rather meh, Park Shi Hoo is still magic lol. But I am looking forward to 2013 in dramas. One of the dramas I recently completed was Shut Up flower Boy Band, it was a really cool ride! I actually look forward to what TvN will come up with, I think they have some good ideas.

Hi Sleepninja! Hope your week's going well. Just passing by to say: you were absolutely right. somehow drama watching has switched back on, but I think it was Park Shi Hoo who uncursed me haha. I have watched 8 dramas over the last couple of days. I intend to watch further 10 or more by the end of this month! I'm on a roll here. finally drama slump is gone:D

I'll try to post some more images in the future and update it, but sure if you feel like it and have the time to do it, that would be nice, but it's up to you. I am a bit lazy with images at the moment but I"m looking for something to change the background and header again first.

well it was adapted. I'm sure it;s the scriptwriter who changed things or maybe the connections will be more obvious later... we shall see! In the meantime I am contuing to utterly annihilate my plan to watch lists. I just watched at home dad and quite liked it. i also watched alice in wonder city - tacky but not terrible, though pretty much a standard romance melo though with a sort of gimmikcky ethereal feel but I;m fine with gimmicks.

Fun interactions between Abe's character and that of his neighbour stay-at-home dad. Fun to see as Abe's character makes his realizations about himself and his lifestyle so far...and perhaps discovers a new lifestyle for himself too. It's all about priorities. Very likeable drama. One of the few that made me genuinely laugh out loud-and that is a feat for dramas to achieve with me. It's an endearing drama.

this one annoyed me so much with the excessive drama that I had to drop it, I just couldn't stand to watch it past episode 20. The kinds of characters as stepmother and her daughter make my blood boil especially because I've seen so many of them by now- and this is not a good thing. absolutely hated it.

The cast is all in all appealing in their roles. And for a taiwanese drama, it actually tried to be well executed and set a mood, I give it a plus for that. I was definitely drawn to the visuals myself but if you're looking for a drama with a realistic, tangible substance look elswhere, for instance Shut Up Flower Bpy Band or what's up. This one remains in the realm of standard melodrama fares, like a melodramatatic fairytale with all expected elements but with an attempt at creating "magical" melancholic feel and I found myself drawn to it and the characters' entanglements as they unraveled. I was satisfied with the ending; the ending scenes were a really nice touch. I also felt 15 episodes was just perfect for this drama, they managed to wrap it all quite well. Music abounds in this drama and it was quite lovely, though lyrics to some tracks are plain silly. 7.
