I think in a number of years, when you're a succesful and admired adult professional, you will know what that change implied and how you changed and what experiences you gained and how that influenced you :)

another problem is that sometimes teens likle to seem cool...so whatever they deem uncool. Don;t bother with them if they can't respect your beliefs, but don't let them downplay you, either. You're you. It's better to be an individual than become one of the crowd and follow whatever they think is right like a blind sheep. no, you have to have a sense of yourself and some distance and it;s nice to be nice and respectful to others. But go with the flow and see what new day brings, maybe it will get better because maybe you will come to an understanding. I hope it will eventually turn for the better and things will warm up. I think it;s good you are a believer. Faith helps to get through hardships.

No point in regretting now either. I chose english as my main subject for 10 years of my life I devoted myself to English only, it's not taking me anywhere good so far :D But I don't regret it, far from it, it's my choice and I like it. I think later on you just may thank yourself you chose this and not any other path :) Ultimatel when you finish schooling only then you will be able to see the highlights from a holistic perspective and you will know what you really took out of it.

So don't try. Just be yourself. Some things come with experience. You can;t force change. I change because I don't force it. Don;t be bothered by this sort of thing people say, sometimes people will blurt something out without thinking or because they are in a foul mood- part of being stronger and confident is listening to yourself most of all and filtering through what others say to you. sometimes they will say something important, other times don't bother. But don;t try to force change, you will change when you don't try, really. With time, you gain such insights that it simply happens.

Yes, but that was before educational reform. After the reform it;s more like 6 years of primary school, 3 years of middle school and 3 years of high school and then university. Well, education is obligatory until 18, so yes. But there are also vocational-technical types of schools, which prepare for a concrete job- like a carpenter or mechanic and some end up there.

I think if you see that, you will become stronger and that's ultimately one of the most important thing, I think, you can take out of school.

I think if you do find one person to share your school life with, it will be enough. I had one or two..but I lost touch with them soon after school. You meet better people when put of school, to be honest. I met ore friendly souls at university, but I lost touch with them too..they are just too busy with their own lives, but I bet they would come to me if I suddenly became super famous and succesful. However, at school, when you do have common goals, you are a kind of friends and that is very helpful, so that's why I hope you will find someone to share time with. Also, people always backbit others, school is not the only place.. and the older you get, the worse it tends to get, so you need to strengthen yourself for that and school usually is a good place, it teaches you a lot about what people are. So,

Right, I see, so right before secondary school? Well, Mirichan, it is probably the parents somewhere along the way, but rat race starts early among people and so they compete for best grades and best results. But all this leads to is a nerve wreck and a loss of beautiful days, days when you should still be able to enjoy life, and not worry about it. I think there is a pressure on doing well and it starts very early these days, and that pressure puts a lot of psychological strain. It's really hard to be young these days I think. But wait, it's still August- so when does school start and end? The school year just began? In mid August? Uusually it should begin in September? and you know Mirichan, all the more rrason to not feel so stressed- you will be the one to add more warmth to the school :) And the good thing is that it's close to town

what, the Jade palace? well, it was a little cheesy and it had many errors, but I could see how you could cry at the end. To me it wasn't the best drama but the cast was adorable and lovable.

I imagine you are tired after a very long day again. When I"m tired, I feel very discouraged most of the time, until I get a good sleep. Weekends are usually the best time of the week, too, because of that. You mean they have no hobbies or interest? None at all? All they do is study? Maybe their parents are putting too much pressure on them, sounds like you got into an elite school of sorts and there rat race can be very heavy. But you don;t worry, just keep doing your best, Mirichan. Interests make people interesting and more colourful. Studying is important but not to the point of overexertion. But I think it;s probably their parents who may be pushing them too hard. Have you tried watching AGD yet while you wait for the next episode of BM? It;s light and comedic, it should offer a good distraction. I think there are some new ones coming soon. Btw, did you watch Jadede palace?

I absolutely loved this drama.. This is a drama for those who rather than action appreciate more tensions and…
In short- stay away from this drama if you have a shorter attention span and are impatient and/or are more action-oriented and also if you dislike stories that actually take their time to unfold, beginning with characters as children. If, however, you enjoy well told dramas that are additionally brilliantly acted out and enjoy dramas which do take care how they are told, then jump right in, it's a brilliant drama.

I'll probably do a review later, but this drama is really unforgettable and will likely stay with me over time, while many others will fade.

and Mishil too was brilliant in the way she commanded words, how she used the, for her own needs. And the exchanges between Mishil and deokman? They were battles of wit. I will nit forget this drama for a long tie, but I will also rewatch it very soon..well some parts of it. I want to remeber especially the moments when Bidam became a trully tragic character. The progress and pacing in this drama were very well done. Never a dull moment, really, but this drama is more for thise whio can aprpeciate the emotional tensions and amboguities created with words. even Yushin;s feats in the battlefiled are pushed to second plan. It;s the story of the sacrifices one ust make in becoming a queen and it;s also a drama about choices. Very rich and deeply satisfying, if heartbreaking at times.

I just finished Queen Seon Duk. I completely fell in love with Bidam and have a lot of respect for Yushin- I love hiom too, it;s just that he being a tower of strength will be fine, no matter what, even if his heart is breaking. He's that strong and loyal, I respect that. hile I am convinced that Deokman tried her best, but she in the end forced Bidam into a conrer. It was one big tragedy, driven by amgibuous words, the power of words is very evident in this drama as it created many tensions and ambiguities between characters. Very heartbreaking, especially for Bidam and Dekoman. I love how they reinvented facts to make such an attractive story out of history that perhaps still has many question marks. After all, the one who created Mishil is a genius. Her existence is controversial and she is more likely to not have existed. But still someone like her probably existed.

And, in the moment of her death she expressed it to her younger self. She probably would have never made a different choice despite it all. Ah, Deokman, Deokman. Well, words very important in this drama. The power to control and the power to manipulate, also to emotionally manipulate the viewers. I will rewatch parts of it most likely. But I end it thinking: Bidam is the one to pity and love, Yushin is the one who commands respect, Deokman tried her best. And the rest heck the rest just tried to amnipulate all of it ith words. The exchanges between Mishil and Deokman..a mastery of word command. You know, ever since watching World that they live in, the magic of dramas lost a bit of its charm since they showed the process of drama making in such detail..and a measure of how good a drama is is when you can forget about it...with QSD I did, it was magic again. with AGD and K2H too.

It's an exciting drama, tragic drama, where words- the subterfuges, the schemes- become the main vehicle for the many tragedies. The power of word as the power to control and manipulate. It was really an emotionally stirring drama.
