I especially like our young prosecutor and his boss, the District Prosecutor, what a lovely friendship, pluss DoYa's boss is a source of great humour. Excellent cast. Sure, music is fantastic, at the beginning it felt like a music for a saeguk, it's quite grand. It's a unique drama for 2010, as epic ad well-written and well executed as a saeguk but modern, no wonder it got so many rewards, and well deservedly so. I don;t know, Yoona, I have a lot of dramas on my plate lol. I wiull be probably goig back to something japanese after i finish with dae mul, but ut will depend on my moond then lol. I'm a bit afraid to watch bad guy, since it sounds like a makjang. Maybe Fermentation Family.

By the way, I'm just watching Dae Mul now and I find it really immersive; good writing, great acting too.

Title Good Luck!!
I really enjoyed this one. It's a friendship and mentor-student driven story and also a story about clinging to your dreams and realising them in a very determined way and it is done in an unusual setting: passenger airplanes. Loved the idea Captain Koda, played by the great Tsutsumi Shinichi is really convincing. I liked this.

Aviation dramas are rare. Japanese Good luck was a good one, and I haven;t found any interesting one since; the one with Aya Ueto I didn't like so going to look forward to this.

Lol, Yeona, since AS is Slovak, I was just laughing along with her and you know Czech really sounds like Polish, I am Polish.

I'm glad I could be of help :) Yes, I like how you pout the drama watching experience, especially when it;s so involving. Good books do that too. They make you be there. The course is intendedn for students who are not beginners, that is level 2 and I will be probably doing some of it this semester already. As for the thesis, I plan to defend in july, so I am not hurryg things; it;s going pretty well but I've been rewriting chapter 2 over Christmas and that has been going slow, since I am back home; nonetheless I am about to finish it and start working on chapter 3. What about you? Are you having any exams this semester?

that is, i really want a drama without the lol rhombus. XD Oh yes, I was happy to see that the relationship survived; though sometimes Ma Roo was hard to guess, that's what made him all the more interesting.Yes that scene at th very end when the father broke down finally was so awww. The characters had shades of grey. It will be some time before I'm ready for another makjang; I watched Royal Family a while ago. Boy, that was some heavy makjang all right.

LMAO "rhombus" had me rolling on the floor. I am always on the lookout for that kind of Korean drama. It seemed to me that City Hall was one, but City Hall is a bit flippant, though it s a romance for mature people with elements of ~40 cuteness thrown in; hard to describe it; stars Kim Suh Na, who's a very good actress; Oh you watched greatest love, you could actually see City Hall, it stars the same male lead- his acting is a bit cheesy to me, tbh. Dae Mul is an interesting drama, I'm watching it now, it was recommended by Yeona and so far the characters are coming out pretty strong; it has a lot of believeable politics since the main female character will be lobbying a lot to become the first female president of Korea and the set up is good, and it's clearly trying to mapo out a progression of our main protagonist, and the acting is reliable, with some good supporting characters.

On Jejoongwon Jan 4, 2012
Title Jejoongwon
Take note, Jejugwoon is an actual place, dr Allen and a few other characters-historical figures. It's a well written drama that brings to the front a good piece of Korean history, its relation with Japanese and the West, all tied through the development of medicine and the hospital. I am still feeling rather gutted that it was lost among other dramas of 2010. Very bad, this is a good production.
