Also, i just thought that if you liked hana yori dango, you may try jade palace; it's basically hana yori dango in ancient china with a time travel twist

And in this sense I thought the drama was a bit subversive. The comemntas are for Can You hear my heart, which I just finished, but which has really worn me out lol

So much melodrama there, but somehow it always clamed down as I was o the point of wanting to put it away and made me watch. Sigh. Still, I couldn;t help but think that the father was to some extent used like a tool, except maybe for Wo Ri, kinda felt like he was there as a measure of humanity of other characters at times. An excellent job was done, for sure. I loved Wo Ri's deaf mother, the actress is really nice. But the brothers and father are the best; I was slightly disturbed by the hints of more than sibling love between Wo Ri and Ma Ru, given they were brought up as siblings and to me are siblings. I'm really somewhat reluctant to see dramas do this theme so much. I can understand it somewhat, especially Ma Ro's need to be in a loving place given all his loneliness and burdens he carried; it also made Dong Joo look a bit like the second lead who intercepted at right moment.

Uff, I finished the makjang. The brothers are wonderful; Ma Roo really made me feel like crying, since he was on the verge of tears practically all the time. Went thoyugh a purgatory. His relationship with Wo Ri's father..a tear-jerker, Wo Ri's father is the best, the scene at the hospital, where he tells me come home just once and i will pretend i don't know you in pblic gaahh. And then the scene in front of the house with Shin Ae..urgh, poor father and son, shin Ae is probably the most unacceotable person in the entire drama given her attitude plus the actress kind of annoyed me. I cared not for the other, bastard father since he was coinstructed very archetypically as the root of all evil; Dong Jo's mother was manipulative but I could accept that to some extent; the nly person I really cannpot accept was Shin Ae. Granny broke my heart. So much melodrama..

Yes it sure is, I do understand some Czech sometimes. Well I basically told Akemi I was finishing English studies and am worried about my job prospects, since these are rather poor but that I may hopefully stay on and enroll for a phD programme, but we'll see.
Uff this has left me a nerve wreckk, it really drained me. So much melodrama. Aish. But well-done. Loved the brothers and Wo Ri's father.

Ah, yes ok, it;s like junior high school and we have gymnasium in poland too, only it;s like this: 6 years of eleentary school- exam- Gymnasium lasting three years- exams- High School (3 years)- A-Levels- Studies (Univeristies nw accept based on your grades and results of A levels - these are convereted into points and there are always some thresholds which are required to meet to be accepted; very rarely an interview is held ) Ah, well then you;re probably in the best and least stressful time of life, great, enjoy everything! lol.

Lol, you;re quite welcome my pleasure :0) I hope you had fun; and lol don;t worry; it's not like we're doing a dig-info-on-Mukai competition here :D I know you may be interested, and we thus have at least one common topic to chat about ;-) The most difficult thing abot keeping online conversations is that the so called "flow" may be difficult to establish and connect; and having common themes undeniably helps.

Let's keep an eye out for the new production, though. Hopefully it will bring him more liove from people, since he certainky does have the appeal to be well-loved lol

Is it exam time for you, then? Or masybe it;s some interesting reading? I am fine myself, doing drama marathons currently lol ASbout to finish Can you hear my heart. Watched Paradise Kiss and whike I cnsider it to be a ourely commerciasl flick- with all the pleasing elements, I still can;t resiust Mukai's George. lol . It was also very colourful, which I liked.

Lol, you seem to have a lot of great and fond memories associated with many dramas; it;s fantastic since it greatly enhaces drama experience. It's sometimes a bit difficult to get people to understand the adiction lol. I quite liked You're beautiful, mostly because of the main lead who's a darn decent actor, since I'm not really a fan of music idol dramas and blonde Koreans. But for what it was, it was fine. The same goes for Paradise Kiss - though I have to admit I'm having a hard time resisting Mukai's charms (he made a very compelling George....), although the thing I liked about Paradise kiss is that it's so very colourful.
