I prefer psychological, more than horror, but I guess I can try to be open-minded? As long as it doeasn't involve cartoonish-looking monsters :D Never seen The Ring. What's it about? But I guess some of the things I watched could be calssified as horror but I thinki do tend tog ravitate more towards psychological.

Not yet, but I think I prefer the university-related setting. Not sure if I watch the 1997 maybe I will later. I think those who watched both versions say that 1997 is faster-paced than 1994. I think she's all right, but it depends whether you'll find her annoying. She is a little quirky like all the rest. I don;t thin I've seen her in anything else so I thought she was all right. But Thrash stole the show for me aaand the Dad! Lol the Dad is difficult to understand -I'm never sure he likes something or hates it. very nice actor though.

Asahina was far les neurotic than Oguri, mosre stable. I like Hyuga well enough but Asahina was more m agnetic to me somehow. I like how he was both a good friend and a man who makes mistakes. It made him real to me. I did like how Hyuga was able to see past thise mistakes and Asahaina deserved to be more out of the shadow of Hyuga. Also, Asahina had a really warm relationship with his sister. I really liked them. I also liked hiow he was "mentoring" Hyuga. All in all between the two of them they had an interesting dynamic.

I do hope you;ll gat a chance too, They;re a guulty pleasure to have once in a while :D Enjoy they offer a good variety/ choice/selection.

I think R 1994 stands on its own. In fact after R1994 I'm not tempted to watch 1997 because I fnd this one satisfying and it;s not school but university-related setting/ university age group.

Reply 1994 is pretty good to me. It's a story full of quirkly characers and nostalgia for 1990s. and it focuses on relationships a lot. Are you enjoying Prime Minister?

Frustrating if you think this is a love triangle drama maybe. I think it was only frustrating for those who had their hopes unreasnably up for a love triangle drama. And it's not. At all. I think this is the best way of putting it without spoiling anything -.- It's a pleasant drama. With focus on relationship, 1990s nostalgia. Maybe a little more focus could be given to Nejeong's career ambitions. I think she only has one thing on her mind as it is. But it does get a little long. But the characters are just so quirky and lovable! I like it. Not perfect, but very nice indeed. I am crushing on thrash so much right now. He's ruined me. I think if you liked reply 1997, I hear this one os slower and more focused on relationship development. But I think it may have the same appeal perhaps.

it depends how you look at it. For me in Korean version, this sort of ending was actually happy. They both reached understanding and peace. But I really felt it more in Mawang than here.
