I don't know why, but I have great expectations with this series. I saw the official trailer yesterday and it left me shocked. It's simply amazing and overwhelming. Still, I hope I don't have too high expectations for nothing...
I've just finished it after watching Spike and wow, these Project S series never end to amaze me. The topic was so realistic and painful I cried in almost every episode. The acting was magnificent and the scenery and cinematography with that 80's vibe was mesmerizing. It's a pity that these kind of series are so underrated because they're pure gold. I'm definitely watching the remaining two.
It's always fun and refreshing seeing these two together. You never get tired of them, the chemistry between them is almost perfect, and so are their series. This one was cute and sad at the same time, but really enjoyable.
I've just finished it and absolutely loved it. What a great series with such a wonderful story of friendship, companionship and overcoming. Everything seemed so real, the acting was fantastic and also the scenography and the music. I wasn't a volleyball fan and I found myself in tension in every episode with every match they had, and even with tears of happiness at the final episodes. Totally worth it.
I honestly feel that the best relationship development was the Kluay & Achi one, and it's a pity that they lacked so much screen time. They deserve a second season solely for the two. The rest of the pairings were actually a mess. Also, I couldn't help but ship Sang and Puth. It was clear that Sang had some feelings for Puth.
I'm really gonna miss this series. I discovered first season barely three months ago, and it has been my first Thai BL series. A really good choice to begin, indeed. What I really missed this season was Prem/Wad. They needed some development in their relationship. I think it would've been great in the final episode if Wad had suddenly appeared and surprised Prem somehow. That would've been really cute. Also, Tew/Dae and Yong/Nine deserved a little more development. That would be a great option for a third season.
