There were literally bruises on various parts of her body, including her ankle, knee, shoulder, cervical vertebrae, and lower back. Lee Jin Wook did not receive a sentence because the judge said that not giving consent is not enough to be considered rape. Therefore the Not guilty verdict as i state before does not mean he was false accused or is in anyway innocent.

He wasn't found innocent he got a "NOT GUILTY" verdict, in simpler terms there was "evidence" of his crimes but her lawyers could not "Prove"(proof and evidence are different, evidence can be dismissed while proof cannot) he did it , and because of that the judge had decided it wasn't violent or severe enough for him to be punished;dismissing the case.
